MSDS编制流程

一、填写MSDS申请表

二、收到申请表后相关人员会电话联系客户，并发付款通知书，客户必须将银行凭证回传,收到水单安排MSDS编写工作

三、MSDS完成后，实验室相关人员会先E-Mail报告到贵司，之后按申请表上客户选定的取报告方式处理

编制高质量MSDS的难点：

除了测试化学品的理化特性外，测试化学品的毒理数据费用太高。如果化学品是复合品或掺有添加剂或存在反应副产品，那么编制者就很难对该产品毒理性能做出正确的评估。如果供应商提供的MSDS存在错误或失实，或故意隐瞒有害信息，造成用户的人员伤亡或环境污染，用户往往要求MSDS的提供单位承担相应的法律责任。

编制的MSDS必须符合买方所在国家和地区的有关危险化学品的法律法规。然而不同的国家，甚至同一个国家不同的州（例如：美国）都有自己对MSDS的不同要求。同时一些数据或名录也会经常变化（例如，ACGIH每年一次公布新的接触阈值，NTP每两年一次公布新的致癌物质名录），所以使得编制符合要求的MSDS更为困难。
