一、学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视,学得很好,基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习,但有的学生或学校重视不够,学得不很好,特别是在农村学校。因此,整个班级的英语水平不平衡,给日常教学带来诸多的不便,提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中,处于一个衔接的阶段,学习任务加重,学习的习惯可能不是很好,没有形成一定的适合自己的方法,或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习,所以学习方法都还有待改善。

总之,既要避免优秀生不够学的现象,又要努力把目前英语有欠缺的学生拉上去,激发他们的兴趣和信心,赶上中上的水平学生。在今后的教学中应该注重培养、激发兴趣,教给学生适当的学习的方法,从学生的学习兴趣、学习能力、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能力,使语言的学习过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成学生自主学习能力的过程,这是新课标和新目标英语的要求。

二、教材分析

本套初一教材共分十二个单元,预备单元3个,正式单元9个,每单元分Section A和Section B以及Self check三部分。SectionA : 1a呈现本单元的重点单词,语法结构与功能;1b 呈现任务型听力练习;1c结对练习核心对话;2a,2b是多种听力练习;2c呈现不同的任务。Grammar Focus 呈现语法功能重点;3a-3c提供多种课堂活动。

Section B: 1a词汇扩展;1b-1e新旧知识综合运用,同时在原有基础上有所扩展;2a-2c为能力训练;3a-3b提供各类练习形式,随着所学内容的加深,逐步扩展成阅读和写作练习。为创造性活用所学知识提供各类课堂活动。

Self check :使学生对自己的英语水平有明确的认识。自我评价,包括词汇知识的评价,语言应用能力的评价和幽默卡通。

三、教学内容

1.总体上:这学期一共要完成三个预备单元(因为是七年级上期,所以前面有三个预备单元)和九个正式单元。

3.技能:

技能包括听说读写,这四个方面的内容。听的方面:教材上的听力材料和一些教师适当的增加或改版的听力材料。说的方面:围绕教材上的三个预备单元和九个正式单元的话题和内容来进行说。读的方面:树上的单词,短语,对话,文章和一些教师和学生之间的互动的语言材料。写的方面:首先从围绕教材提供的单词,短语,对话,话题展开,然后逐步的以文章中心出发,发表学生的个人看法或观点,

这样学生就从教师的完全控制,半控制,走向非控制,有利于教学和学生自己的思维发展。

4.综合能力:

在教师的指导下,学生从刚开始简单的音素,字母,单词,短语,句子,文章,最终走向学生自己能用英语思维,用英语解决实际生活中的问题。即:学生用自己所学知识在现实生活中能做一些事情,由课堂走向生活。

四、教学模式:

采用学生主体,教师主导,任务中心,“四学一测”教学模式。

五、教学管理措施:

初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段,也是最为关键时期。基础打不好,直接影响学生整个初中阶段,乃至高中、大学 ,以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施:

(一)注重发音教学,加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体,激发爱好,增加容量,整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新,重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固,每日进行单词竞赛,值日报告,学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通,帮助他们克服自卑,增强信心,利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教,做到“一视同仁”关心差生,对其循循善诱,耐心教育。

(六)团结协作,共同进步。教师之间互相学习,勤学好问,做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律:像学生在课堂上讲话,睡觉等,我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒,在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理:会根据学生自身的情况,给于适当的惩奖,对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生,前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒,不直接进行点名; 对于不做的学生,会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因,一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试:整个学期一共要做每单元一测试,在每次考试后,都会进行分析,当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析,比如,很多同学错的是那些知识点,从学生实际掌握的角度出发,进行分析,讲解。(十)沟通:要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通,也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通,家访,以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话,在作业批改的后面写上一些话。
