Bridging the Gap Between the Urban and Rural Areas
With more and more high buildings erected(建立), cities in China become modern and beautiful, especially the big ones, such as Beijing and Shanghai. However, if you get a chance to visit the rural area, you will find a totally different view. With the gap between urban and rural areas becoming bigger and bigger, people’s life is getting hard.
There are two major reasons for this phenomenon. On the one hand, industrialization and commercialization attract investment and population coming into cities rather than into rural areas. On the other hand, government has not done enough to promote and stimulate the economy in rural areas.
So, in order to bridge the gap between urban and rural areas, I think, government should attach great importance to (非常重视)agriculture and encourage investments in rural areas to develop the economy there. For example, the investment in environment and the infrastructure construction (基础设施建设)should be improved.

一、学生基本情况
大部分学生已经养成了比较好的学习习惯，对数学的学习兴趣也有了较大提高，正所谓兴趣是最好的动力，学生的总体成绩也呈现着稳步上升的态势。程怡、蒋嘉欣、周心洁、吴绚哲等一批优等生的良好学习习惯，在全班也起到了辐射作用，带动了一批同学也逐步走向了正轨。汪柱涛、陈志、程靓、宋云等一批中上等学生，在本次测试中，由于试题难度的降低，使他们取得了意想不到的好成绩，这对于他们来说，也是一次非常好激励机会。特别要提到的是胡秋雨程家骏两位同学的作业书写，用天壤之别来形容也毫不为过，为了改变他们的书写习惯，我每天布置他们练习临写字帖，并不断给予鼓励，终于有了巨大的改变和进步。当然，也有极少数学生，如程柳、杨俊豪、程俊杰等几位，无论在学习习惯、学习基础、接受能力还是思维能力等方面都存在很大的不足，想提高成绩难度很大，这也是今后教学所需要思考和提高的地方。
二、课堂教学情况
1、创设各种情境，激发学生思考。放手让学生探究，动手、动口、动眼、动脑;针对教学重、难点，让学生进行比较、交流、讨论，从中掌握知识，培养能力;让学生练习不同层次的习题，巩固知识，形成能力，发展思维;尽量让学生自己小结学到的知识以及方法。
2、结合基础知识，加强各种能力和良好学习习惯的培养。在重视学生掌握数学基础知识的同时，发展学生的智力，培养判断，推理能力和分析综合能力。例如：教学万以内数的大小比较时，先引导学生观察所比较的数的数位是不同的还是相同的，再根据位数的多少或最高位上的数的大小来判断所比较的数的大小。教学数的读，写法时，在举几个例子后，引导学生总结读法，写数的法则，这个过程本身体现了归纳推理。
3、及时复习。我的做法是：新授知识基本上是当天或第二天复习，以后再逐渐延长复习时间。该法非常适合低年级学生遗忘快，不会复习的缺点。努力构建知识网络。一般做到一小节一整理，形成每节知识串;每单元整理复习形成知识链;一学期对整册书进行整理复习。学生经历教材由“薄”变“厚”，再变“薄”的过程，既形成了知识网，又学到了方法，容易产生学习迁移，给学生的创新、实践提供了可能。
4、批改作业。针对不同的练习错误进行面批，指出个性问题，集体订正共性问题。批改作业时，点出错题，不指明错处，让学生自己查找错误，增强学生的分析能力。学生订正后，给予好的评价，鼓励学
生独立完成作业。分析练习产生错误的原因，改进教学，提高教师教学的针对性。
5、注重对学困生的辅导。对学困生进行分层次要求。在教学中注意降低难度，放缓坡度，允许他们采用自己的方法慢速度学习，注重学习过程。在教学中逐步培养他们的学习兴趣，提高学习自信心，对学生的回答采取“扬弃”的态度，从而打破上课发言死气沉沉的局面，使学生敢于回答问题，乐于思考。 6、做好测试评估工作。评估不只是看学生学习成绩如何，更重要的是了解学生学习的心理，作为改进教学的依据。在测试卷中，增加了体现学生思维过程的试题。测试的结果不再作为评价学生唯一依据，而是着重学生的知识掌握情况，学习的态度。

从测试成绩来看，100分的有21人，90-99的有27人，80-89的只有4人，与第一名的分差由原来的2分缩小到0.58分，总体来说已经非常不错了。
