I knew Beyonce since the year 2005 when I was a sophomore. The first time I saw her music video, I was totally blown away by her powerful vocal, vigorous, perfectly executed dance moves! Beyonce has numerous hits such as "Déjà Vu",

"Irreplaceable" "Beautiful Liar Single Ladies, Crazy in Love etc.

Beyonce’s music is generally contemporary R&B, but she also incorporates pop, funk, hip hop, and soul genres into her work.

BEE possesses a wide vocal range that spans more than three octaves. No one—not R. Kelly, not Usher, to say nothing of her rival pop divas—can match Beyoncé's genius for dragging her vocal lines against a hip-hop beat. Even when she's coasting, she soars above her imitators. It's all in her voice—a superhuman instrument capable of punctuating any beat with goose-bump-inducing whispers or full-bore diva-roars. Smitten, scorned, amorous, antagonistic—Beyoncé sings from all of these vantage points with undeniable virtuosity.

In the year 2009, Beyonce started her second world tour ―I am Sasha Fierce…‖, I got the chance to watch her concert in Beijing. It was one of the unforgotten moments I have ever had in my life. She was sexy, seductive and provocative when performing on stage as the music videos, showcased her powerful vocals without missing a note, often while engaged in vigorous, perfectly executed dance moves. The concert was like a super big party, over 15,000 people in the stadium. People were singing,

screaming and dancing all the time. Beyonce brought her all-female tour band Suga Mama, which includes bassists, drummers, guitarists, horn players and keyboardists, which is one of the reasons I admire her so much. She brings her band every single time when she performs, even just sing a solo and she say thank you to her band on the stage every single time after the performance. She is so talented and humble. She certainly proved that she is one of the most exciting and talented performers around and may well go down in history as such.

All her success comes from not only talent and hard-working. Her hard-working is well-known. This is another major reason that I like her. I am always encouraged and inspired by watching her music videos and listening to her songs. She is a legend.

I would like to talk sth about one of my private English teacher and also my friend, Sophia. She was my sister’s classmate in an American University, and came to china with my sister in summer vacation. I was a little child with curiosity about everything. I often went for them and asked what America was like. She is informative cuz she can answer all my questions patiently when my sister was busy with other things, and also tell me a lot of interesting stories about other countries. She has been to many places like France, uk in Europe and definitely America. She can speak not only English, French, but a little Chinese, Japanese. We often go out together, she took photos everywhere and she is enthusiasm to anyone and energetic anytime, it seems there are no such words like shy and tired in her dictionary. During the time she stayed here, she taught me a lot of experience when she learnt foreign languages and trained me with my oral English and writing. To some extent, she is my private English teacher for free. After a few weeks, she went to Japan and now she’s become a real English teacher in china but not here. She is not only my teacher but an elder friend. We still often chat on the internet and she ask me to go abroad studying or travelling to know more about other different places all over the world. It is really a good advice for me. I still remember her words‖ The world is waiting for you.‖

3. Celebration

A movie

There are many traditional festivals in China and of the most important ones is the Mid-autumn festival, which is a day for family reunion in China because we highly value the idea of strong family ties. This festival is on the 15th of August according to the Chinese lunar calendar. On that day, many people will go back home as they finish their work or study. One of the family members will cook fabulous food and they have dinner together. After the dinner, they will take their tables and chairs out and sit under a tree to enjoy the full moon, which most of the time is extremely bright on that day. At the same time, they will have some fresh fruits such as grapes, and the most important traditional food-moon cakes. In China, we celebrate this festival because of a legend. We believe that there was a girl names Chang Er. In order to become a fairy, she left her husband and flew to the moon. She got an eternal life but she was very lonely. Her favorite food was moon cakes, so we have moon cakes in honor of her.

4. Electronic equipment/ Computer

I would like to describe my Apple ipad. You can e-mail, browse the Web, read books–and yet it has no specialty. There are other devices on the market that do all its functions faster,

cheaper and more efficiently. Get an Amazon Kindle to read an e-book, a Blackberry to scan e-mails or any old laptop to access the Internet.

The iPad takes online activities truly mobile. It will allow you to read the news in bed, play multiplayer scrabble on any surface, check a recipe in a busy kitchen or view a large-scale Google map.

The most important to me is a traditional computer without all the fuss. There are no cords, and it’s totally mobile. You press a button and it comes on in seconds. To add a program, you 郑州新东方李静雅思口语Part 2 完整版问题及答案,版权所有,翻版必究。

just download it from the Internet. There is no file directory, so you won’t be confused with file locations.

Since almost everyone uses a computer in the office or at school, the need for the traditional desktop model at home is vanishing. You can download anything you need from app store, like games, software, books, even the speacial ipad mode website by some clothes’ brand such as Chanel, Dior, H&M, Zara etc. I like its powerful functions.

Last weekend I went hiking in Zhang Jiajie, Hunan Province with my friends. Lots to see on the way .HIKING might be very tiring. But what we saw on the way was great fun. we took a trip along a 7500-meter long, in ZJJ, we found how interesting hiking can be! Big trees grow along both sides of the road. The leave are so thick, that they stop the sunshine from getting through. When we walked, it was like walking in the late afternoon. After a while our legs started to get heavy. Mountain roads are only short on maps. They start to get longer when you have to measure them with your own feet. Big rocks with flat tops were all around. Tall trees got shelter from the sun. A small clear pond lied beside the road. It’s a perfect place for taking a rest! We found a cool place and sat down, looked down into the pond, we could see not only the swimming fish, but also the color of the stone on the riverbed because the water is so clean. But my friend warned me don’t fall into the water, The pond is set to be deep as 3 meters. We found a shallow place and put our feet in, the coolness helped us wash the times way. Time flies quickly, before we knew it, it was already late afternoon, we left the pond and I’m expecting to go there next time!

A room you liked in your childhood

My favorite room in my home is, definitely, my own bedroom. Stepping into my room, you’ll notice there is a small cabinet in which there are many ties of different colors. Besides that, my room is furnished with a single bed, a computer desk and a wardrobe. I have a soft rug on the floor, because I like to walk around bare-foot, and sometimes, just lie down on the floor to read. A large calendar and posters of my favorite stars are posted on the wall. On my computer desk, there are some presents sent by my dear friends on my birthdays. A sense of joy will be felt when they come into my eyes. Beside my bed, there is a small bookcase, in which my favorite books, including Chinese history, western

culture, law books and so on are displayed. Everyday before I go to bed, I read something. 郑州新东方李静雅思口语Part 2 完整版问题及答案,版权所有,翻版必究。

8. Favourite colour

9. TV host/presenter

I am a huge fan of Heidi Klum, so here I would like to talk about her. Klum was born in Germany, she has been on the cover of fashion magazines, including Vogue, ELLE. Then she went to New York to develop her career. She became widely for her work with Victoria's Secret as an "Angel". Klum has hosted 5 times of Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. She is the most suitable person to host the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show because she is a model herself, she is so experienced in model and fashion field. Every time she comes out as a host of this show, she brings with big smile and elegant modeling. Her presence makes the show more brilliant. People would blown away by watching her show and her modeling.

While she is also the host of an American reality television fashion show called

Project Runway. The contestants compete with each other to create the best clothes and are usually restricted in time, materials and theme. Their designs are judged, and one or more designers are eliminated each week. Instead of the big smile on V SHOW, she has a strict and sometimes even cruel attitude to the contestants. Because she acts as both a host and a judge in P R. She always says to the

competitors in the show that‖ In fashion, one day you are in, the next day you are out.‖ Because Fashion and beauty are areas in which the market has always paid attention to alphas and betas – creators and early adopters – seeking inspiration in that target to steer the creation of concepts and ideas relevant to their businesses. It always remind me that the society is the same, in the society, or in your working field, one day you’re in, the next day you’re out. It drives me work harder to catch up the changing society and the work pace. Any successful person has paid a lot behind the scene, and I see hard-working and get encouraged from Heidi Klum. That is why I like her and her show.

10. Living skills Something you are good at

Cooking

Describe someone you know who is good at cooking.

You should say:

who this person is

how you know him or her

what kinds of food they cook

and explain why you think (why you say) this person is so good at cooking.

The best cook I know is one of my friends. We got to know each other about 2 years ago, and I got to know him from a birthday party of my friend. From then on, he always invites us to 郑州新东方李静雅思口语Part 2 完整版问题及答案,版权所有,翻版必究。

enjoy the food he cooks. He is good at cooking all kinds of food, like spicy food, salty food and sour food. Whenever we go to his home, he will ask us first what kind of food that we like. He told us that he had never been to the cooking school, and he learned to cook by

himself. We think that he has a gift on cooking. Sometimes we go to some famous restaurants together, and if we like a dish, he will try cooking it at home and the taste is exactly the same. I often go to his home on weekends to enjoy the delicacy, and now I become really picky. I don’t like the food cooked by others. I told him that my appetite was spoiled. Anyway, if you have the chance to taste the food by him, I am sure you will like it.

I would like to work in a famous bank or a big security company in New York cuz you know the wall street is there although it may be not as crowded as ever, it is my dream to work there since I saw the movie wall street. I really touched by it, cuz it reveals that even though you’re a billionaire at the moment, you may also go broke in just a few minutes, it is life that is full of sth unknown, you’ll never know what would happen next. It is the first time I feel that it can be so excited that work as a economist in the wall street. I know it is a hard work you will feel breathless under great pressure, but it can also bring great sense of accomplishment when you generate revenue for your group and yourself and other people you don’t even know which could help them a lot. So I chose the major finance in university and now I want to get further education overseas in uk which would bring me a lot of theoretical knowledge about international finance。 that can make my dream get closer, I reckon. I can still remember that saying‖ if you love someone, send him to new York cuz new York is a heaven, or if you hate someone, send him to new York cuz new York is a hell.‖

11. Law

The new law I wanna say is Tax Law. In china ,government increasing the tax threshold from 2000 to 3000 yuan. I think it is very good and beneficial to the cittizens. Currently china is under a high speed development ,the market is getting more and more open and the price is increasing at a staggering rate .but income is still at previous level. If the threshold of tax law is still at 2000. General population will not have enough money to spend. But if the threshold increase to 3000,I think ,It’s means that we can spend more and buy more supplies what we need. For instance ,we can buy flats and cars through installment and our children could get better education. such as my parent could

provide opportunity for me to pursue the master degree in UK. You know ,study in UK is very expensive So I think the new tax law is good.

13. Modern building

I would like to talk about CCTV building. CCTV is a national TV station. It represents the voice of Chinese government and the citizens.

CCTV building is located in the eastern part of Beijing. The unique thing is that it looks like a pair of shorts. I don’t know what the designer was thinking when he designed the building. But it’s a perfect interpretation in gravitation. It is 100meters high, covered with blue glasses, it looks amazing especially when the sun shines it.

CCTV has 16 channels, so it has 16 departments as well every channel broadcasts different contents. Such as CCTV8 is TV serial channel. As well as CCTV6 is movie channel and CCTV11 is opera channel.

郑州新东方李静雅思口语Part 2 完整版问题及答案,版权所有,翻版必究。

There are a lot of departments require a lot of different types of people work there. Leaders of the station, directors, hosts, hostesses, journalists etc.

I think the CCTV building is the new landmark of Beijing.

14. Wild animal

The killer whale is a toothed whale belonging to the oceanic dolphin family. Killer whales are found in all oceans, from the frigid Arctic and Antarctic regions to tropical seas. But they clearly prefer higher latitudes and coastal areas over pelagic

environment. Some feed exclusively on fish, while others hunt marine mammals such as sea lions, seals, walruses and even large whales. Killer whales are highly social; some populations are composed of matrilineal family groups which are the most stable of any animal species.[3] Their sophisticated hunting techniques and vocal behaviors, which are often specific to a particular group and passed across generations, have been described as manifestations of culture

Female killer whales mature at around age 15. Females breed until age 40, meaning that on average they raise five offspring. Wild males live around 29 years on average, with a maximum of 50–60 years

Fish-eating killer whales prey on around 30 species of fish, particularly Chinook, salmon, herring, and tuna. Because females can reach age 90, as many as four generations travel together. These matrilineal groups are highly stable. Individuals separate for only a few hours at a time, to mate or forage.

Like all cetaceans, killer whales depend heavily on underwater sound for orientation, feeding, and communication. Killer whales produce three categories of sounds: clicks, whistles, and pulsed calls. Clicks are believed to be used primarily for navigation and discriminating prey and other objects in the surrounding environment, but are also commonly heard during social interactions.

Killer whales have the second-heaviest brains among marine mammals. They can be trained in captivity and are often described as intelligent, although defining and measuring "intelligence" is difficult in a species whose environment and behavioral strategies are very different from those of humans.

There have been very few confirmed attacks on humans by wild killer whales, none of which has been fatal.

In the waters of the Pacific Northwest and Iceland, the shooting of killer whales was accepted and even encouraged by governments.

15. A naughty thing you did in your childhood

Well, I was a naughty boy/ girl when I was a kid. There were many things that I did when I was young, one of the most naughty and interesting thing was that when I was 3 years old. I usually played with my neighbors who were the same age as me. We had a leader which was elected because of he was the oldest among us, we were very unite, we not only share our toys and desserts to each other, also help each other when any of us was bullied by other kids. I remember one day, our leader was bullied by his classmates who was also our neighbor, we felt extremely angry and promised to go for revenge. Then we hold our toy guns and tress branches to that kid’s home, nobody was home when we arrived there, we kicked the door which was actually didn’t lock. And we went push down many things in the yard such as basins, bike, chairs etc. more cruelly, we killed all their chicks and destroyed the eggs. The next day, that kid’s mother went to each of ours home, the time she went to my home and told 郑州新东方李静雅思口语Part 2 完整版问题及答案,版权所有,翻版必究。

my mum what happened, she told my mum we killed 3 chicks, my mum asked me how many chicks did you guys killed? I said it was 4, because when we were there, the rooster was hatching the egg. My mum laughed said, how can you blame such a little kid who is 3 years old and didn’t know that only the hen can hatch eggs?

16. A Place Where You Go for a Meal

The place go for a meal, I wanna say Starbucks. It is located in jingsan road in

Zhengzhou and not far away from my home. It just takes me five minutes to get there. This place is perfect for me to relax ,reading and dating. Because ,the environment in Strabucks is very quiet and enjoyable. When you are in it ,Starbucks always play some light music .under the dim light and listening to the light music .It could make me unwind and forget all the troubles .

I meet up with my girlfriend for a meal in Starbucks every so often .it is our week

routine .we like the food in Starbucks .such as pizza ,ice-cream. They are very delicious. But it is a little expensive for me because im a student.

As what I remember ,Last Valentine’s Day . it was the memorial day for me and my girlfriend. In that day ,I send my GF a branch of roses . I said the rose represent my love to you. She was very thrilled and gave me a kiss.

This place is very special for me.

17. A practical skill/Something you are good at doing

I would like to talk about the experience I learnt Japanese and Korean. During my first year in university, I liked listening to songs and watching movies in Japanese and Korean. Later, I decided to spend my leisure time on learning foreign languages. First, I went to a language training school and attended classes both Japanese and Korean. They are much more like Chinese than English, so it is not difficult for me to learn, but the only trouble I have is I always confuse them with each other either in pronunciation or in shape. And now I can distinguish them clearly and speak them more fluently. It brings me a lot of benefits when I travelled to Japan and Korea, I can easily communicate with local people and profoundly experience their culture. Now when I listen to their songs or watch their movies I can also understand the meaning without lyrics and captions. I am very proud there is no one else in my friends who can speak four kinds of languages ,and I am the first one.

Japanese 1 3 5 evening Korean 6 7morning good memory and good sense of language busy tired papers to do

18. A place with a lot of noise

I would like to talk sth about the flat I have lived before. It was located in the 6th floor of a building at the corner of the main road in my hometown. There was a traffic light at the cross of the two roads. Additionally, a kindergarten was just stand on the opposite side from my home. The road was crowded all day and cars were easy to get stuck cuz there were too many cars but the red light lasted so long, and also, many parents waited for their children parking the car on the road. Unfortunately, my room faced to the road and the soundproof was not very good. The noisy really drove me crazy. I can’t concentrate on my papers or assignments in the evening and I can’t even fall asleep at night before the test. The noise of the cars and children made me choleric and let me have no patience on everything. Last summer we moved out at least. It was such good news I had never heard.

19. A project

郑州新东方李静雅思口语Part 2 完整版问题及答案,版权所有,翻版必究。

I would like to talk about a project I did with my classmates in my second year in university. One of my professors gave us an assignment that we should prepare for a presentation in 4 students groups about the international trade of one country in Europe. After a short discuss, we decided to investigate the international trade situation of Finland. One of us should

prepare for the introduction and the speech, and another should deal with the ppt, the rest 2 of us including me should collect information about international trade structure and major things they export and import and also trade condition of Finland. It is the most difficult and complicated part of the project. We looked up in a variety of research and reference services, then sorted out the useful information. We stayed up very late during that time, but a week later when we finished the presentation and applauded by professor and other students, I felt all we did was worthful. And I learnt that teamwork is important, and so is the efficiency improved by charging everyone with specific responsibilities.

20. A Hotel

Last summer I went to shanghai for the expo with my friends and we planned to spend 3 days in shanghai. We stayed at the Home Inn hotel and expected it would be a great place to stay. To my surprise, every room there has a theme and luckily the theme of room we had was ocean. The wallpaper was ocean blue, and there are several cartoon tropical fish on the wall also. Every day we went back to hotel tired and sweating from the expo, but when I stepped in our room and lay down on the bed, I calmed down at once cuz the color blue and the

condition made you get inner peace and feel cool. The sheet and the curtain was also different from other hotel which was always white and brown, it was all colorful with flowers on it. Additionally, the room we had faced the Huangpu River and could not have been any more fantastic. It was so nice to sit at the balcony in the evening and watch the riverside. And also hotel staff will bring ice every evening, so you can have a drink or two at the balcony. It was really impressive for me. We had 3 wonderful nights there.

21. A Small Thing to Protect the Environment

I would stop using paper cup when I buy coffee. Instead I would use my own bottle. I have learned from the Environmental Protection Club that paper cups are normally designed for a single use and seldom made of recycled paper because of the contamination concerns. So it is not environmental friendly because it will cost a lot of trees and energies to make paper cups and the CO2 emission would rise. Therefore, I decide to use my own bottle. it could not only be used many times, it also is easier to be carried around. Therefore, that’s the small thing I could do in my daily life for the environment. It may be not very effective so that many people cannot realize it. I think I will tell everybody around me to do the same as me, it will do contribute to the preserving the environment we living in.

My best friend bought me a red hood shirt as a gift for New Year. It is a spirit shirt of Ohio State University, where she is studying her master degree. She said she wanted to encourage me to do well in my application and finally could be able to get enrolled in my dreamed university as she has done. In addition, this year is the year of rabbit in Chinese Zodiac and I was born in a rabbit year 24 years ago. So she chose the red color to represent good-luck because red is the most auspicious and luckiest color in Chinese culture. Although it is not expensive, this shirt means everything to me. This shirt reminds me how she has overcome all the difficult tests and complicated applications, and finally all the efforts have been paid off. This encourages me to work hard and never to give up. So that’s why I said this shirt means everything to me.

23. . A Broken Home Appliance

Some days ago, the water heater was broken when I was taking a shower. It cannot produce hot water no matter whether I turn the switch to the end of the hottest. I got very angry and had to come out with the shampoo still on my hair. I called the maintenance office, but it still didn’t work after I had tried every method they offered. They said they would ask the water heater company to come and see what the problem would be. I had to wash off the shampoo with cold water. 30 minutes after, the mechanics came and figured out that the automatic ignition was cut short. Then they fixed it and I took a shower again.

The Jinshui District's Office in Zhengzhou City has identified the gunman that shot and wounded two deputies early Friday morning in ZZ.

The news report said 21-year-old gang member Liu shot deputies Yang and Gao at 2:30 a.m. after they stopped him while he was riding on his bicycle near the intersection of Willow Avenue and Bank Road.

and explain why you wrote that letter. *

The letter I have written before was to my pen-friend Jenny. She is a Danish girl. I wrote it in the second year when I was in college. I did not do very well in English learning. Except for English classes, I seldom had the chance to practice English both in writing and speaking. Even though I wrote something when I had time, I had to find someone to make it corrected. It was very embarrassed. So I found a solution for this problem, which had been proved to be successful now. I logged onto the Internet and searched for pen-friends. Then I found Jenny’s name and her address. At that time, I was not in the habit of sending e-mails, so I wrote her a letter and mailed it. The content was like this: I am glad to know you and want to be your pen-friend. 15 days later, I got her reply, which made me crazy about. We exchanged our letters nearly once a month to talk about our college life, different cultures and our dreams. One year later, we began to adopt the new communication tool—e-mail.

You should say: when season it is what the weather is like at this time what people usually do at this time (or, what you usually do) and explain what is special about that season.

I was born in a small town located in the northern part of China. Changes in different seasons are very distinctive. Among the four seasons, winter is without a doubt my favorite one. It is a season associated with coldness and lifelessness. Quite a few people like it because the chilly wind makes passer-by shiver all over. However, I remember that that winter was the happiest time in my childhood. As the raw wind was blowing, the first snow was whitening the hilltops. Then the trees and the ground were covered with fresh white snow. The whole world in my eyes was pure. My playmates and I would make a snowman with decorations and have snowball fights, although our hands were red due to the freezing temperature. We went skating on a small river near my home. Now the city I live seldom has snow in winter. I will take any chance to skate when I came back to my hometown.

forestation in the city

Well, about the forestation in the city, I think it is an very important issue in nowadays society. Because the environment of this planet is getting worse and worse. The earth is no longer suitable for people to live as before. Everyday plenty of garbage and waste gas are produced. Acid rain, dust-storm, drought, flood, this kind of environmental problems

happened so frequently. The most important way to deal with them is forestation. First, Take China as an example. Dust storm happened since 7 years ago. It always happens in the spring, in northern and central China. Dust blows from Inner Mongolia. It was a huge dust storm in the first time. After that, the government took actions to plant trees and grass in Inner-

Mongolia, and by the side of the yellow river. The result was good, there were fewer places affected from the dust storm the next year! Second, forestation is also an effective way to solve drought. Because more trees can absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen, which makes the crops grow better, so that the soil can get more fertile, no barren soil, as there are many trees and crops, the humid rate of the atmosphere will be suitable, forestation brings appropriate rain and sunshine, so drought can be prevented easily! Anyway, I hope the

government and individules can make effort to plant more trees and grass, because forestation is the best way to make this earth a better place for us to live!

We have no football field, but only two baskets, and at the side there is a corridor where kids can play ping-pong.

I also remember the dreaded teacher’s staff room, which is a place no student want to be in. It is lined with small desks and tall stacks of paper.

I think I can still remember all these things many years later, because it is the place where I was most affected, since I really started to grow up there. Beside my bed, there is a small bookcase, in which my favorite books, including Chinese history, western

The historical site in China that I am proud of is the Terracotta Army located in Xi’an, the capital of Shanxi Province. The warriors and horses are the most significant archeological finds of the 20th century. They were discovered in an underground palace by a local farmer in 1974. Every since then, millions of tourists from China and around the world visit them. The Terracotta figures are life-like and life-sized. They vary in height, uniform and hairstyle in accordance with their ranks, including warriors, official musicians and so on. It is said that those warriors are buried with Emperor Qin so that they can guard him in the next life. Both in terms of the quantity and quality of the treasures, they are the precedents in Chinese history. What makes people marvel today is that, even though they have been buried underground for tens of centuries, the bronze weapons, swords, arrowheads are still rust-free and as sharp as ever.

Unfortunately, my parents forbad me to skate on ice after I fell into a hole dug by fishermen, and I almost lost my life. I didn’t have any chance to skate until I entered university where I could skate in stadiums. Whenever I put on the skates and skate on the ice, feeling the wind breezing against my face and hair, I forget all the worries and unhappiness. Skating has become a way that helps me recover from tiredness and release my pressure. I have made friends with those who also enjoy this sport. We always have a get-together after we finish skating. Maybe I’m not skillful, but it really makes me feel great and I do it regularly. I have a good figure and I should attribute it to regular skating.
