The passage points out a worrying phenomenon in China that the leftover children living in the countryside have lacked their parents’ love because their parents have gone to make a fortune in cities.

As we all know, people living in the countryside have to work far away from their family to earn more money in order to create better living conditions for their children. However, the children have been separated from their parents and live with their grandparents or relatives, who are not so educated.
