一封写给客人的信的范本。适用于给所有留了Neutral / Negative Feedback的、又质问你为什么给他们留同等Feedback,并且把他们从Bidding List 上Block的客人。

Thank you for finally emailing me back about the neutral you placed on my account on the xxxx. Our standard practice when a negative or neutral is received is to block the buyer and attempt to reconcile the issue to prevent further issues that may be easily avoided. In your particular case we emailed you on several occasions and had no response. With no response we honestly thought you had no intention of ever purchasing from us again. You will notice that you were left positive feedback prior to our sending the item. We have always had the policy of leaving feedback first and would prefer not to change this practice.

However, in the case of your neutral, you were obviously happy to keep the item yet decided tarnishing our reputation was more important to you rather than responding to our emails. As a result we have maintained the block and wish you well on your future purchases from other sellers.

看了ANIHC的新手笔记,庆幸早已逃出生天。

现在类似的东西,拼照片,描述和客服;

同样的东西,拼价格、服务;

同样的价格,拼邮费;

什么都一样了,拼FEEDBACK记录和正FEEDBACK百分比。

要么就永远比别人低0.5元。

新手入场,可不就是得接受市场经济的洗礼?

反正好卖的东西,永远不是自己看中的;永远想不通为什么这个破玩意儿能卖?

对了,这两天被EBAY气疯了,于是注册了OZITION,它的LISTING 软件可以把TURBO LIST里的东西都搬过去。。。OZITION不要LISTING FEE。。。。而且新网站人少,我原来想要的ID还有,YEAH!!

希望OZITION能做大,把EBAY毙掉。。。

How do you ship items within Australia? (e.g. Australia Post, Registered Post, Prepaid satchels etc…)

How do you ship items cross-border? (e.g. Australia Post, Couriers such as TNT, Air mail, Sea mail etc..)

Under the PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy and the Buyer Protection Policy, sellers must provide proof of shipment when a buyer claims the item was not received. Currently, acceptable proof of shipment includes:

1. A faxed copy of the shipping receipt that includes the buyer's delivery address. You can get this from Australia Post's Registered Post and Australia Post's Registered Post International, or

2. A shipping code that PayPal can use online to view the shipping status and the buyer's delivery address. You can get this from TNT, DHL, FedEx, and other carriers, or

3. A receipt issued by the carrier that is signed by the recipient acknowledging delivery.

我遇到的问题,贝宝不承认我和邮局之间的文书交接,一旦有CHARGE BACK,除非有邮包追踪号,和客人签字,贝宝才认可,才不会让我全额refund。

但是一般寄往国外的包裹,要有TRACKING的话,一定要用特快专递服务,邮费高一倍,不现实。

所以很多人不做国外生意。

或者超过某个金额,可以强制保险,才寄。

另外国内的包裹,也有很多实用的意见。

我“惊喜”地发现,由于本地邮局的不作为,很多卖家像我一样,只能自己保护自己,比如强制加挂号费等等。 也有人提到,用了EPARCEL之后,邮包丢失现象大幅度减少。

突然还发现eBay改了new message system以后copy用户的user id或者item number都很难???双击无效, 选中了右键又无效... 用鼠标选择后按键盘上Ctrl加C仍然可以拷贝

一.如何表达在涨价前订货

Thank you for your letter of October 10 for business copiers. We are now sending you our price-list and catalog of the newest types that are under production and we can supply at once from stock.

We shall, however, file your inquiry and cable you our offers as soon as we have got

supplies.
