There is a well-known motto in China :If there are three people, at least one of them could be your teacher in some perspective, which indicates that we can learn from much people for everyone has his pros and cons. Though we can usually learn from people whose views we share, it’s undoubtedly that we can learn more from the people whose views contradict us.

From the contradictory view, we could learn things that we do not know or forget to consider when we come up with our idea. The contradictory idea could broaden our horizon. China used to make fixed plans to develop economy, which is called ”command economy ”until the eighties last century. This transformation is due to the learning from the western counties, which have contradictory views in develop the economy of countries to us before. In the process of learning their economy system, the leader of China has gradually recognized the importance of marketing. Therefore, China develops a booming economy by using both planning and marketing methods.

Views must have their grounds to grow. Contradiction is the consequence of different factors, such as cultural backgrounds (55555~这就到时间了 30分钟才写了这么一点)、education、family traditional impact，etc. Therefore, when we analysis the view contradicts ours, we can learn more about the factors contribute to the contradictory view, which can not only enrich our knowledge, but also help us to develop a mind set to consider problems more roundly. We all know the famous Newton’ laws for many years, thus we did not accept the theory of relativity when it just came up for the two theories are contradictory. Nevertheless, when we study the theory of relativity, it came out that the two theories apply under different conditions. The latter theory helps us to learn the microcosm and the macrocosm rather than one perspective.

To summery, though we usually enjoy to communicate with the people whose views we share, we learn more from the views contradict ours. The world is complex and various, at the same time the views are different. Though similar views can make people easy to communicate, we can learn more from the people whose views contradict us.
