邮件开发成功与否与以下几个方面有关(个人认为):(按主次顺序)

1.邮件标题(要是我,邮件标题一看就知道是推销的,I am sorry, please fuck off and stay in my trash box)

2.邮件内容是否吸引/对客户是否有效,有利可图;客户是否感兴趣.

3.所联系的人的职位和权利(Pls send to the RIGHT PERSON)

4.发信人日后沟通技巧,plus

5. others

以上的开发信只是针对任意一家公司,如果要想开发信更成功,你就得研究或者了解一下这个公司的情况再发。

有的开发信中,并不能把所有东西都一一列出来,所以一天发个100封的开发信的人,一天很难记下前天发给谁了,日后很难去跟踪,也不知道自己以前说了什么,如果是这样,最好做个记录;邮件已发出3天之内,马上再发一封邮件跟踪,过2如没有回复,再发一封了解,第三封邮件刚发后30分钟,马上给个电话。

记住,成功的开发信,一般要有电话跟踪才能比较有效果,当然有幸运的人,或是客户也正好有询价,有货采购才会直接跟你联系,所以为什么要日后电话沟通的原因。现在一般一个客户一天能收到很多信,你只有电话过去了,说明你请况,他才知道你是谁,什么公司,下次在电话的时候,他会说“oh, Jack? Jack wey from China,XXX company? Oh, how are you? …..”.

1。背景:这是一封给曾经想开发,但是客户一直没有回复的客户

2. 开头以销售经理的身份表明日后要为他服务,支持他对我们产品在该市场的推广

3。附件中图文并茂的加上了3个新产品,及其特性和市场竞争力。记得是PDF文件。客户当然想知道新产品是什么东西。

4。邮件中说明新产品已经通过3个月市场测试,表明很成功。暗示在他们市场也是很有潜力和竞争力的!是你想要的!客户当然高兴知道这点。

5。拉近关系。正好近期有个展会,表示要拜访或面谈展示新产品的性能。为了推进双方的业务关系!

6。要求客户给反馈,也就是给客户回复的理由。做好日后来往邮件的衔接。 每一封邮件都要为下一次沟通做衔接,犹如我们写作中的段与段间的连接。

后续:客户看到邮件之后,16号晚10点25分我要调整闹钟的时候给我电话,我差点给挂掉了。简单交流之后,他说给我邮件,邮件如上。 客户的回复邮件已经抄送给公司新人,他们现在也了解开发信怎么写怎么发才最有效。但是,包括我,要走的路还长,因为我们都要努力去开拓事业,在公司没有任何平台的情况下,我们都要一针一线的绣,一个客户一个客户的开发。

其实这封开发信,已经给我们开发信营销群的朋友们分享了。给他们是比较详细的版本,是说明了那些地方可以修改。但是在这里不希望把模板做出来,聪明的朋友会知道如何利用任何人的资源稍作调整作为己用。

我一直不希望,他们照搬。为什么苹果落在牛顿头上,他一挠头就得出了个万有引力?而世界上很多人一挠头就下意识的把苹果给吃掉?为什么网上一推开发信模板,很多人发了还是没有什么效果?因为人跟人还是有区别的,很多人没有注意到成功人的做事的一些细节。
