Teenagers' Studying Abroad

Should Class Attendance Be Required?
Nowadays required class attendance is very common at colleges and universities. Most people accept it as a necessary policy to ensure the normal teaching order and create a good study atmosphere. Besides, they think it is a good urge for those students who lack self-discipline.
However, still some others do not agree this argument. In their opinion, rigid attendance policies do not benefit students' studies. On Working At Home

The Traffic Jam
The traffic jam is a serious problem in big cities. During there hours, traffic may sometimes be held up for as long as more than an hour. First, we must find out the cause of the problem. Most people blame it on the increasing numbers of cars.
Yet this is only one factor. Another reason is the relatively under-developed infrastructure construction, namely, the lack of wide roads, streets and highways. Furthermore, people's weak sense of traffic regulation result in more road accidents that in turn add to the seriousness of traffic jams.

Still another solution will be the advocacy of public transports and car-pool, an effective means to increase the transport capacity during rush hours.
