比赛流程说明：
1. 比赛时间为12月9日上午9:00-11:30；
2. 9:00-9:30 这段时间的内容包括：宣读考场规则、发放试卷、考生浏览试卷、播放视频；
3. 学生正式写作的时间为9:30-11:30；
4. 试卷发下后，先给学生五分钟时间浏览试卷，然后由监考老师播放视频；
5. 共两段视频，每段视频均配有中英文字幕，连续播放三遍，在播放过程中请学生根据题目要求适当做好笔记。
