My name is Jessica and I would like to apply for the position of full time junior high school English teacher of New Oriental.

As I understand the position, there are three primary responsibilities:

As you can see from my CV, which I have attached for your reference, I have all of the required skill sets.

First, I am good at English with four years English major study. I graduated from Beijing Information Science & Information University with bachelor degree. I spared no efforts to study English in collage, especially oral English. I’ve done well in my college life not only in academic performance but also in the field of daily communication with the people around me.

Second, I have over one year teaching experience as a part-time teacher for junior high school students in ABC language school. I know how to improve junior high school students’ English

scores with proper encouragement and efficient teaching method. In the recent model high school entrance exam, the marks of all my students get progress. The two of them their scores improve from 95 to 105 and from 106 to 115. Not only do I know how to improve students’ grades, but I widen their curricular knowledge and relax them with interesting games after class. Therefore, my teaching work gets high compliments from parents and leaders in my company. That’s why I am among the top 10 Excellent Teacher in entire company. And I learn more from my present job. I meets o much difficulty, and face so much challenge every single day. But I enjoy it, enjoying the process of resolving all the difficulty and sharing knowledge with my students.

Third, I also have many times sales experience, such like selling fireworks and luxury chocolate, which benefit me a lot. Because of my effective teaching and promotion ability, I earned more than 80,000 RMB for my company in April. As a private education school, like your company, I believe it is also essential to access good sells skill.

We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled "The effects of illumination factors on the growth and HCO3- fixation of microalgae in an experiment culture system", which we wish to be considered for pubulication in "ENERGY" for the "Special Issue on ALGAE-BIOMASS". No conflict of interest exits in the submission of this manuscript, and manuscript is approved by all authors for publication. In this work, we evaluated the effects of illumination factors on the growth and HCO3- fixation of microalgae in an experiment culture system without bubbling CO2. Illumination factors are important to the growth and HCO3- fixation of microalgae. The optimum illumination factors and the ability of HCO3- fixation of microalgae were investigated. Using microalgae to absorb HCO3- can not only reduce the carbon emission, but also achieve carbon use (biomass producted for biofuel feedstock), which is a very practical value of emission reduction technology.
