This design can process 120TPD cassava starch product./每天可生产120吨木薯淀粉。

The final products come from this producing line is Food degree Cassava starch. /最终产品为食品级木薯淀粉。
3. PUBLIC UTILITY/参数
Production capacity: 40T per hour of cassava tubers input./20吨/小时进木薯原料
Total electric power: 20## KW. /总装机容量1280KW。
Water supply: 130m3/hour./水耗80立方/小时。
Steam from boiler: 10-12T/H, 1.25Mpa./所需蒸汽6吨/小时。
Workshop area: 1600 m2 for workshop. /车间面积1300平方米。
Labor force: 22 operators / shift, 2 shift, 24 hours per day. /人员，共18人，两班，24小时生产。

This processing line adopts world advanced close type technology and control system. It’s mainly consists of washing, processing & refining section and drying section. /采用世界先进的全封闭生产和控制系统。主要包含清洗，加工、精制和干燥系统。

1. 120T/D cassava starch producing line equipments. See chart 1, 2,3,4./120吨/天木薯淀粉设备，见表1,2,3,4。
2. General layout drawing of plant area, technical design for the producing line, workshop layout drawing, workshop foundation drawing, operation platform drawing, workshop pipe system drawing, drying section assembly drawing etc./厂区布置图，工艺设计图，车间布置图，车间基础图，操作平台图，车间管网图，干燥组装图等。
3. Installation guidance, testing running fee of seller engineer team within 4 months since first arrive of seller engineer. /从卖方第一名工程人员到达安装现场开始4个月内的安装指导和调试费用。
4. Seller engineer team round trip tickets within installation and commissioning stage within four months since first engineer arrive on site. /卖方工程人员自第一名工程师到达现场4个月内的往返机票。
5. Control system inside workshop, industry computer, monitoring device inside workshop. /控制系统。
Exclude:不包含
1. The seller engineer team accommodation, food, domestic transportation in site country and medical care. The food degree of seller should be the same of the plant manager and if the engineer can not used to the food the buyer should satisfy the basic requirement for the food. Or the buyer should pay each engineer 20USD everyday for them to buy the food by themselves./卖方程师食宿，陆内交通，医疗，保险。工程师食宿标准与厂长一致，若卖方工程师无法适应饮食，卖方应支付每人每天20美元让其自行购买食物。
2. Pipes inside workshop, valves inside workshop, cables connect equipments and control cabinets inside workshop, cable bridges inside workshop, support for pipes and cable bridges inside workshop./车间内管网，阀门，控制柜，控制柜与设备连接的电缆，管架，桥架。
3. Lab kits for testing starch quality. spare parts for equipments /化验设备，一年备件
4. If more than 4 months the buyer need to pay the seller Installation guidance, test running fee, 80USD/day each person.如果安装指导和调试超过4个月的话，买方应支付卖方人员安装，调试费用80美元/人每天。
5. Generator of the factory, high voltage cabinets, low voltage cabinets, transformer, cable connects high & low voltage cabinets. Cables connect boiler control panel and generator. /发电机，高，低压柜，变压器和连接这些设备的电缆。
6. Boiler, main Water supply pumps, pipes line and relative facilities. /锅炉，厂区供水泵，和相关管线。
7. Clean water & soft water treatment device. Waste water treatment device./清水和软水处理设备，污水处理设施。

15. Pre-burry steel plate and anchor bolts for equipments installation./设备安装基础螺栓。
16. Installation tools and heavy assembly vehicles (Crane, forklifts tools)./安装工具，吊车等。
17. Assembly works, all technical means required to carry out assembly./安装，组装工作。

Ⅲ.Payment /付款
1. 35% Down payment. (By T/T, telegraph transfer )/定金电汇。
This payment should be made 10 days after contract was signed./在签署合同后10天支付。
2. 60% Before shipment. (By L/C, irrevocable letter of credit)/提货款，装船前。采用信用证支付。
The LC need to be opened by international famous bank two weeks before equipments shipment./信用证要在设备发货前两周由世界知名银行出具。
3. 5% 10 days after commissioning accomplish. (By T/T, telegraph transfer)/尾款调试10天后，以电汇形式支付。
This payment should be made within 10 days after commissioning is complete. /在调试结束后10天支付。
