1、及时安排好打样。

要按客户的要求,书面详细列出打样单。打样单上应严格明晰四大要素:货号、原料、颜色搭配和做法。打样单的格式应严格参照大货订单格式,即货号-颜色-数量应列出表格,而不能是其它的任何格式。打样单应由外贸部经理签字后,方能安排打样,外贸部经理不在时,由外贸部经理指定的人签字。如涉及XX模、五金模具是否要开,应请示外贸部经理。如打样需新购原料或辅料,应书面通知采购部购买。如采购过程中涉及最少起订量的,应马上汇报外贸部经理,由外贸部经理决定如何处理。

样品完成后,应仔细审核样品,寄出前,必须拍照存入电脑档案。如果是新客户,样品是否向客户收费、收多少、快递费是预付还是到付,需请示经理,由经理决定。总的原则是:如果是少量样品,样品免费,运费到付。如样品数量较多,应考虑样品收费,运费到付。

2、精确地报出美金销售价格。

严格把握“核价单”,精确地报出美金销售价格。一般情况下,核价单只要掌握两种就可,一种是“一般贸易核价单”,一种是“进料加工核价单”。核价单原则上是由计划部提供的。业务员在向计划部索取核价单时,应拿到Excel的电子格式,而不是纸张打印件。拿到计划部提供的核价单后,业务员应逐字逐行进行审核,检查是否有任何可能的差错。特别要有能力看出明显的错误,如发现一个XX皮康纸的金额为5元,一个XX里布的用量为1米,应立即通知计划部,要求计划部立即改正错误。 当遇到计划部未能及时提供核价单,客户又要马上提供报价时,业务员应立即动手,收集相应的核价单数据,自己制作出准确的核价单。 业务员一定要看清楚核价单中利润和销售利润率的计算方法的公式是否正确。

利润=美金卖价X汇率X0.96-成本

销售利润率=利润÷(美金卖价X汇率)X100%

美金卖价确定后,原则上必须经外贸部经理审核后,方能对外报价。个别客户提出佣金要求的,业务员必须把事情的来龙去脉向外贸部经理汇报清楚,由经理决定如何操作。

3、积极主动与客户保持联系。

积极主动与客户保持联系,促使客户及早下订单。样品寄给客户之后,应在快递网页上查阅客户是否已经收到样品,确认客户样品收到后,应立即发信给客户,非常客气地询问客户对样品的评价,询问客户是否有下订单的可能。

业务员应始终牢固树立“订单就是命令”的企业理念。客户下订单后,业务员应在第一时间整理出中文订单,并立即下发到有关部门。客户下订单后,业务员应立即放下手头其它并非万分要紧的事情,全身心投入到对客户订单的分析,围绕“货号-原料-颜色搭配-做法”四个要素,与打样时的最后确认样核对(必要时要再次与打样间沟通),如有客户交待不清的,应立即发电子邮件与客户书面确认。客户确认后,立即打印出中文订单并下发。从收到客户原始订单到中文订单下发,整个过程的时间,能半小时解决的,坚决不能用1小时解决,能1小时解决的,坚决不能用2小时解决,以此类推。整个过程,最长不能超过48个小时。如果期间业务员正好轮到休息,则无条件调休。如客户原始订单有交待不清,业务员发电子邮件后,客户在上班时间的4个小时内没有回复的,此时业务员应立即做两件事:第一,打电话给客户,催促客户尽快书面回复;第二,口头汇报外贸部经理,讲明情况,如外贸部经理提出新的建议的,立即按经理的要求去做。

中文订单的发文放范围应在订单的最上面显示清楚。显示发放范围的标准格式是“发:沈阿瑟(1)、张三(6)、李四(3)、王五(6)、钱六(5)、赵七(1)、李八(1),共23份。”

中文订单中应绝对杜绝模糊语言,如“与上次一样”、“与去年一样”、“有关部门”等等。

在中文订单的右下角,业务员应手工亲笔签下自己的姓名,而不能在电脑中打印出自己的姓名。手工亲笔签名,表明业务员已对订单的内容已经彻底审核,已经没有任何丝毫的差错,也表明业务员已对此订单已经完全承担全部的责任。

当然,订单最终确认的另一个重要的指标是客户30%定金到账,或信用证到手。如定金或信用证未到位,可下发订单,让计划部先计算用料,但要书面通知采购部:“所有物料采购等通知”。

回答提示:①通过应聘者对上级的“希望”可以判断出应聘者对自我要求的意识,这既上一个陷阱,又是一次机会。②最好回避对上级具体的希望,多谈对自己的要求。③如“做为刚步入社会的新人,我应该多要求自己尽快熟悉环境、适应环境,而不应该对环境提出什么要求,只要能发挥我的专长就可以了。 分析:这个问题比较好的回答是,希望我的上级能够在工作中对我多指导,对我工作中的错误能够立即指出。总之,从上级指导这个方面谈,不会有大的纰漏。

回答提示:①一般可以这样回答“我会给上级以必要的解释和提醒,在这种情况下,我会服从上级的意见。”②如果面试你的是总经理,而你所应聘的职位另有一位经理,且这位经理当时不在场,可以这样回答:“对于非原则性问题,我会服从上级的意见,对于涉及公司利益的重大问题,我希望能向更高层领导反映。” 分析:这个问题的标准答案是思路①,如果用②的回答,必死无疑。你没有摸清楚改公司的内部情况,先想打小报告,这样的人没有人敢要。

回答提示:很奇怪,这是相当多公司会问的问题,其用意是要概略知道应徵者的求职志向,所以这并非绝对是负面答案,就算不便说出公司名称,也应回答“销售同种产品的公司”,如果应聘的其他公司是不同业界,容易让人产生无法信任的感觉。
