邯郸电大开放教育法学专业毕业论文及法律实践报告规范要求
一、毕业论文要求
（一）选题：毕业论文选题要兼顾专业性、新颖性和适应性。
1、专业性：毕业论文的选题应当在法学专业范围之内，并具有法学专业研究的特点，一般以专科阶段和本科阶段所学法学专业课程内容为选题范围。
2、新颖性：选题应当结合我国目前的法学研究动态和司法实践，选择应用性强或当前司法实践亟待解决的实际问题作为毕业论文的主要方向和主要内容。
3、适应性：本、专科的选题在深度和广度上要有所区别，选题难度、大小适中，以在规定时间内经努力可完成为宜。
（二）内容、体裁：
毕业论文应做到观点新颖、明确，材料翔实、有力，结构完整、谨严，语言通顺。毕业论文应当具备学术文体的一般特征，调查报告、工作总结、案例分析及文学作品等各类非学术文体的文章不能作为毕业论文。
（三）格式规范：
1、要素：毕业论文包括：目录、内容摘要、关键词、正文、注释（专科论文可无）、参考文献。
所引用的中外文参考文献资料，必须注明引用教材（或著作、期刊等）的书名（或著作、期刊名）、作者、出版单位、时间（引用期刊的还必须注明文章名）。引用其他参考材料也应注明资料来源。
2、字数：毕业论文字数本科一般以6000字－8000字为宜，不超过10000字；专科一般以4000－6000字为宜，不超过8000字。
3、排版：毕业论文统一使用A4纸进行文字打印及装订（侧面装订），页面上下边距各2 CM，左边距2.5CM，右边距2 CM。标题为小二号黑体字，顶部居中排列，上下各空一行，大
标题为小三号黑体字，正文为小四号宋体字，行距为1.5倍行距。各级标题序号为“一”、“（一）”、“1”、“（1）”、“①”。
4、装订：毕业论文定稿按照封面、目录、正文、教师评语、答辩记录、评审组评语的顺序左侧装订。
5、填写要求：毕业论文定稿学生只需填写封面，包括：题目、姓名、学号、分校、教学点、指导教师姓名、完成日期等。
二、法律实践报告要求
1、内容：参加法庭观摩、模拟法庭、法律咨询、专题辩论、案例讨论的学生应写出心得体会或案例分析，参加司法机关及律师事务所实习、社会调查等活动的学生应写出实习报告、调查报告等。
2、字数：本科不少于3000字，专科不少于20xx字。
3、排版：按照毕业论文要求。
4、装订：法律实践报告定稿按照封面、正文、实践考核表的顺序左侧装订。
5、填写要求：法律实践报告定稿学生除填写封面外，还需填写实践考核表中有关内容，包括：
（1）实践单位（如报告内容为非实习类可不填写）、时间（一个月左右）、实践课题（实践报告题目）、指导教师基本情况。
（2）实践单位意见栏按要求填写（如无实践单位可不填写）、盖章、日期。
（3）初评成绩（合格）、指导教师签名、日期。
（4）教学点盖章、日期。
