What is important when choosing a hotel for business traveling?

In choosing a hotel to stay on business travels, size of the hotel can be sometimes important. As we know, large hotels always offer centralized and off-premises reservation systems and information about flights,which is convenient for business travelers. Beside, I prefer the hotel which is near the suburbs and the city center, so that business travelers can have a breath of fresh air, and reduce urban noise to ensure the quality of rest after business. Also they can feel the breath of the modern downtown if the hotel is located near the business center.
To be honors, workout facilities are an important factor to consider in choosing a hotel. It is important for business travelers to get a bit of relaxation and exercise when travelling so that they can be well rested and become fitter to accomplish their business tasks well. So hotels with nice athletic facilities should be on the list of choice.

To having a business travel abroad, we need to do some advance
preparations so that we can have an easily business travel. Firstly, you must arrange a schedule for your business travel because you must clear what you have to do whenever. It is also imperative to book an airline ticket and a hotel room for the destination. Secondly, prepare the necessary documentation and statements in the outline of a variety of different occasions, make sure to
leave a deep impression on people. Thirdly, take some wash gargle or
toiletries as possible. Also you can search some information about the country you travel on the Internet. Finally, you must move up one day or two days to arrive where you are having business travel so that you can get a bit of

Business people usually have lots of business meeting. A company meeting is a gathering of a group of people for a controlled discussion with a specific purpose. How to ensure the meeting are productive? There are 3 important things we must take a consideration.
When running a meeting, do remember to plan ahead before sending out the meeting notification. For example, prepare the agenda of the meeting, arrange seating, invite participants and confirm attendance. Make sure that all interested participants are invited. What’s more, according the number of the attendance, we can apply the corresponding size of room for the meeting.
During the meeting, make a decision, collect information and feedback and write the minutes of a meeting. It can ensure the meeting productive that the chairperson controls the discussion and everyone voice their opinions.
Once the meeting is over, follow up with all attendees. Send a list of action items, resolutions and issues that remain open. Thank people for taking the time to attend, and request feedback.

Background:
A white-collar in BeiJing is going to attend a meeting in HongKong on 22th June. He/she need to phone the booking office of an airline to reserve a ticket on 21th June and a return ticket on 25th June.
Furthermore, he/she shall book a hotel room for 4 nights. He/she calls to make a reservation at Hilton, but all the rooms are fully booked. He/she has to ring the Grand hotel for a reservation. Please make dialogues according to the booking.
Process: Call for ticket reservation.—Ask for info. Which including single/return ticket, Airline Company, departure time.—Leave personal details.—Call for hotel booking.—Hilton reception rejection.—Grand hotel receptionist receives call.—Ask for info.
