摘要
在我国,未成年人犯罪通常是指已满14周岁不满18周岁的未成年人实施的刑法和有关刑事法律所规定的犯罪行为。青少年犯罪已成为现代社会犯罪中一个越来越突出的问题。尽管在我国现代有关犯罪的法律法条中还没有出现“青少年犯罪”这一称谓,但作为青少年这一特殊群体中的部分个体因其某些已构成“犯罪”的行为给社会造成的负面影响,已成为世界各国共同关注的热点,任何现象的产生和存在都有其特定的原因和条件。作为一种复杂的社会现象,未成年人犯罪也不例外。制约和决定未成年人犯罪的原因多种多样,错综复杂。因此为了探究未成年人犯罪的原因,有必要运用多种学科作为工具进行全方位、多角度的分析。对待青少年犯罪,要以预防、教育为主、惩戒为辅。针对不同年龄段青少年犯罪的特点,做好青少年犯罪的预防。本文首先从法理上对青少年犯罪进行了界定,分析了青少年违法犯罪的主客观原因,简要介绍了预防和减少青少年违法犯罪的对策。

ABSTRACT
In our country the minor crime usually refers to the full 14 years of minors under the age of 18 the implementation of the criminal law and the relevant criminal aw the crime. Juvenile crime has become a modern society in a more prominent issue. Despite China's modern criminal law, the law also does not appear in the "juvenile delinquency" title, but as a youth in this special group of individuals because some have been part of a " crime" of the negative social impact, the world has become a common concern, any phenomenon and existence has its own specific causes and conditions. As a complex social phenomenon, juvenile delinquency is no exception. Restrict and determine the reasons for juvenile delinquency diverse, perplexing. 第二篇:毕业论文前言
摘 要
近年来,随着经济的发展,我国的城市化水平加快和人民生活水平的提高,汽车的数量不断增加。但与此同时,汽车停车场地的增长却不能与之同步,汽车泊位与汽车数量严重比例失调,由此带来停车难,违章停车,停车管理困难等一系列问题。由此,自动化立体车库便应运而生了。
本篇论文论述了我在做大学本科工学学士毕业设计期间所从事的设计课题——自动化立体停车设备的设计过程。
目前社会上有很多成熟技术的停车设备比如:升降横移类;垂直循环类;水平循环类;平面移动类;巷道堆垛类;垂直升降类;简易升降类。通过对这些车库类型特点的比较与分析,我最终选择了巷道堆垛类作为设计的车库类型。
论文以研究工作的进展顺序为序,分章、节逐一论述了课题的来源,目的及意义,设计过程,在设计中遇到的问题与难点及其解决方法与措施。在设计过程部分,详细论述了设备总体结构设计、横移传动系统设计、运输传动系统设计、存取车结构设计、控制系统设计和安全防护设计 。
