分析银行这个行业做的是什么以及未来的发展方向怎样的;了解自己简历上写的都是自己做过的事情，写了些什么具体的内容。银行HR大多爱关注个人细节、喜欢寻根究底。因此，对自己的简历要100%熟悉并能能够很好的陈述，这样就不会被HR认为您是在弄虚作假，面试前还要准备一些面试问题，以策万全。另外，以下四项希望大家也要注意一下：

其中对于勤工助学经历，可以说很多人都忽视了这方面的内容。实际上这种经历很能体现考生的一种精神，一种毅力，那就是考生在经济不宽裕的情况下，仍然可以靠自己的努力完成学业，这种经历本身就是一个值得赞扬的经历，考生如能很好地体现自己这方面的经历，应该是可以获得不少的印象分。
