七年级英语教材培训会总结

为了帮助教师更好地理解教材编写的理念，提高教师驾驭教材的能力，郑州市教研室特于20xx年9月4日在郑州外国语中学举办“人教版七年级英语教材培训”。培训内容包括七年级上教材整体分析、教学建议、单元课例分析及课堂实录展示。主讲教师是北京八一中学史小昌老师。

培训教师史小昌自19xx年至今，在北京市八一中学任英语教师、备课组长、区进修兼职教研员、海淀区学科带头人；曾先后被评为海淀区先进青年教育工作者、海淀区先进教育工作者、海淀区教育系统优秀共 产 党员、海淀区教育系统师德先进个人等光荣称号。从教二十余载，多次与人民教育出版社、外语教学与研究出版社合作，参与改编全国统编教材《新目标英语》、编写《新目标英语》中文教参、编写小学英语教材《新起点英语》及其他各类教辅材料。

史老师首先从中考试卷入手，分析“进口”，反思“出口”。分析了今年中考命题方向，考查重点内容，得出结论，英语教学一定要坚持培养学生良好的听力习惯、阅读能力和书面表达能力。然后对初一英语教材（人教版）内容结构特点进行了分析，教材采用任务型语言教学模式，融话题、交际功能和语言结构于一体，包含了文化背景知识、语言学习策略、任务型语言学习成分以及语篇材料等多项内容，通过一套循序渐进的生活化学习程序，全面提高学生运用英语进行听、说、读、写的能力。每个单元都围绕着学生 personal datas。最后她结合自己20年的教学经历就如何结合教材提高教学效果给出了一些教学建议：

1． 摸清学情 制定教学计划和目标。对与刚刚进入初中的学生来说，教师在施教的起始阶段要立好规矩，培养良好的学习习惯，建立融洽的师生关系。

2 .反思教学方法---- 情景教学法

情景教学法使学习过程多样化，充满乐趣。 她以unit8 为例，在讲生日这一话题时，可以设计活动，制定班级生日相册，又如Unit6 在学习方位词时，让学生设计自己理想中的房间并展示图片配以英文讲解，

3. 完成三个任务

1）精心准备起始课，激发学习兴趣。 2）建立融洽的师生关系，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。3)课堂教学形式多样化，活泼多变，例如，游戏，唱歌，观看相关视频，画简笔画，戏剧排练等等。

4. 培养朗读习惯

有利于培养语感，有利于训练语音语调，有利于把外部语言转化为内部语言，有利于提高听力和口语能力。

5. 达到5个目标，有效提高学生综合运用语言能力：语言技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略，文化意识。

6. 做好2个评价：形成性评价和终结性评价。

7. 坚持高效的集体备课

做到备教材，备作业，备练习，备考点，备早读，备困惑，备点子。教研组要分配任务给每位任课教师提前准备，集体讨论，一人主备，集思广益的形式，促进教师同伴互助，促进专业成长。

与会老师按时到场,认真听讲，积极与史老师研讨，虚心求教。经过一天的培训，与会教师对教材的理解、课堂教学的实施有了更深的理解。纷纷表示在今后的教学实践中会不断地摸索，学习，思考，交流，总结经验，提高课堂教学的有效性，提高课程实施能力。
