语文教研组同课异构教研活动总结
为了落实中心学校的同课异构安排,也为进一步推进我校语文教学课程改革,探索语文课堂教学的教法特点,研究熟悉语文课程的不同视角,更好地促进教师的教学业务水平,加大教学常规管理的力度和深度。我语文教研组依照中心学校的安排实施同课异构活动,在第十二周安排八年级两位语文教师同上《小石潭记》公开课。语文组教师积极参与公开课观课、议课活动,学习不同的构思和教法形式,取长补短,教研气氛甚浓。在议课时,大家毫不保留,畅所欲言,共同找解决问题的办法。心往一块想,劲往一快使,使同课异构活动真正落到实出,提高教研实效,进一步提高全体教师的教学水平。现将大家议课意见综合评议如下:
**老师:朗读教学很成功,能分层次朗读(听读,齐读,分小组读)。板书详尽,突出重点。但有关知识(作者、写作背景中的“永州八记”)介绍过于详细,教师包办太多,会导致学生懒惰习惯的养成。学生没有良好的记笔记的习惯,老师不说不记。学习比较被动。由于时间关系,本课的教学内容偏少,这样安排,无疑会加重第二课时的负担。
**老师:课件制作情境创设较好,直观形象。结构紧凑,授课条理清晰,讲析详尽。作业布置能结合本班学生的特点有拓展。但一节课安排的内容过多。时间紧,导致对重点的内容点拨不透。如:讲到潭中气氛时,应点出“幽深冷寂、孤凄悲凉”,这与作者的不幸遭遇
密切相关。朗读教学要进一步加强。在第二堂课的讲解中,以上问题都得到了很好的纠正,是一堂优质课、有效课。
两位老师的课,可谓是精彩纷呈,各有千秋。虽然教法各异,但达到的效果是一样的。同课异构是集体备课下的专业引领、同伴互助的有效形式,是同一个教学内容下的不同教学理念、教学风格的多样展示。通过这次教研活动,老师们普遍认识到同课异构不仅仅是对比,更是交流互补。在新课程改革的大背景下,同课异构不仅能让教师拥有更多自我钻研的空间,而且更能激活教研组集体的创造力,形成自己独特的风格,并携手共创明天的辉煌!
