领导重视 组织得力
保证英语教师培训工作有效开展
为提高我县中小学英语教师的素质，县教育局组织了这次英语教师基本功培训活动。经过近两次集中强化培训、交流活动，我们独山镇每位英语教师的基本功都有了不同程度的提高。
本次培训活动，之所以能有条不紊的开展，得益于各级领导的高度重视。当教育局刚下达学习任务后，独山镇中心校校长解建明同志就在第一时间召开了中心校校长办公会，针对这次双周英语教师集中学习与自主学习活动，制定了详细的培训方案，中心校成立了以解建明校长任组长、郝良喜副校长具体负责的培训工作领导小组。9月13日和27日的两次集中培训，郝良喜副校长全程组织实施，参训教师分成中学和小学两个学习小组，由镇中心校两位教研员分别任小组长，一中校长王光同和二中校长国庆国始终在场服务、督导。县教研室督导小组林传柱、仲夏和郭本修老师亲临全镇集中学习点独山镇一中进行现场指导，答疑解惑，并对以后参训教师的学习给出了指导性建议。
由于各级领导靠上抓，组织协调得力，活动开展有序，保证了每次培训学习工作的有效开展。相信在各级领导的高度重视下，在各位参训英语教师的积极参与下，这次中小学英语教师的基本功培训活动一定会取得圆满成功。
