六、培训具体实施方案:
1、每周一、四下午5点10分,全体教师集中进行培训,以学习《幼儿园一日活
动组织英语》内容为主。
2、每日早上安排10分钟英语晨读,分两批进行,第一批7:50——8:00,第二批
8:05——8:15,以复习日常用语为主。
3、每节集体培训课布置作业,下节课检查作业完成情况。
4、制定考核制度。
每次作业按10分评。
每月一小考,100分制,不及格者重考,月考核扣2分,90分以上者加1分; 每学期一大考,100分制,不及格者重考,月考核扣4分,90分以上者加2分。
后期进行英语观摩课评比活动。
