六、培训具体实施方案：
1、每周一、四下午5点10分，全体教师集中进行培训，以学习《幼儿园一日活
动组织英语》内容为主。
2、每日早上安排10分钟英语晨读，分两批进行，第一批7:50——8:00，第二批
8:05——8:15，以复习日常用语为主。
3、每节集体培训课布置作业，下节课检查作业完成情况。
4、制定考核制度。
每次作业按10分评。
每月一小考，100分制，不及格者重考，月考核扣2分，90分以上者加1分； 每学期一大考，100分制，不及格者重考，月考核扣4分，90分以上者加2分。
后期进行英语观摩课评比活动。
