It’s good to hear that you may want to visit England. I think the best time to come is in October. It’s usually warm but there may be some rain. And it might be cold, so you should bring a sweater. Here are some traditions in England.

For example, you should usually shakes hands with people when you meet them for the first time. But after that, you can just say hello. As for tea, it’s not just a drink but a light meal at around 4 pm. You can’t have tea after 4:30. You must drink tea with milk.
