The Right Way To Give A Year-End Job Review

做年终总结的正确方法

Up and down the chain of command, year-end performance reviews fill people with dread or with resentment, and very rarely with joy. Both the givers and the receivers spend a lot of time on the reviews, yet they generally see them as an empty exercise. After all the procedural T's are crossed and the I's dotted, it takes people skills to get a real return on investment from this important, labor-intensive process. Leaders need to set an example by turning a ritual into a productive effort.

每至年末，领导布置下属完成的年终工作表现总结好像带来的都是恐惧和怨恨情绪，很少人有会很开心做年终总结。虽然领导和下属都会在年终总结上花费很多的时间，但他们大多认为这样的工作其实是徒劳无功。在经过了很多这样事无巨细一丝不苟的程序化工作后，人们在这个重要而又是劳动密集的过程中的工作投入需要得到真正的回报，而这也需要技巧。领导们需要树立榜样，将这种例行公事有效的利用起来。

简历制作总结

0， 简历制作事前先知道

基本的要：要一页纸之内；不要太挤太满，但也不要太空太稀；

英文简历字体要选择Times New Roman 或Arial, 中文简历选择

宋体，（公司名和职位等重要信息）黑体；

字号要在10-12之间（12略大，如果内容略少而扩成一页纸的话

可以采用）

学生简历结构一般是：Contact information, EDUCATION,

EXPERIENCE, ACTIVITIES（也可以并

到EXPERIENCE里面）, PERSONAL

（此外没有必要再分太多栏，会看上

去重点反而太多显得比较零乱）

多用关键词：有的公司第一轮筛简历是机读，若你的简历上有大

于某个数目的关键词就放你过下一轮。不同行业看

重的关键词会不一样，但是可以参考招聘方所列举

的素质要求，如analytical skills, leadership,

hard-working etc，这些就是关键词，或者其同义词。

全文标点符号：最好统一，例如中文简历上不要出现英文拼写里

的逗号句号，英文简历不要用中文拼写里的冒号括

号引号，但是数字的写法比如”10,000”里的逗号是英

文拼写里的”,”在中文简历里也这么写。

基本的不要：简历最上面不要写“简历”或者“个人简历”类似的废话；

不要放学校、院系的logo；

不要放照片，除非对方要求；

不要写具体的求职目标（写在cover letter里面）；
