安全驻我心

作为一名高铁人，特别是作为一名高铁乘务员，我对于近来开展的安全大检查活动是坚决拥护并积极参与的。

高速铁路作为现代社会的一种新的运输方式，中国的高铁速度代表了目前世界的高铁速度，运营里程最长、运营速度最高，因此，高铁安全问题是高速铁路正常运行的重中之重。 自从参加高铁工作以来，我一直认真努力学习跟工作相关的安全方面的知识，并积极在工作中探索实践。通过这段时间的学习实践，我觉得高铁安全工作在个人工作中的体现主要在两个方面。

一是思想方面。

“人命关天，安全第一”是高铁工作人员关于安全问题的主要思想。只有通过不断地认真学习，才能深刻理解认识这种思想。只有不断地提高安全意识、责任意识、服务意识，才能在具体的工作中体现出重视安全的态度来。

而且，不仅仅是我们高铁的工作人员要积极学习、提高认识，也要加强对旅客的安全宣传，使旅客也能认识到高铁安全关乎己身，也是旅客能够积极配合我们的各项服务工作，避免不必要的摩擦和事故。

二是行动方面。

安全工作无小事，所以在实际工作中，我认为有两个方面要做好。首先是严格准守规章制度以及行为规范，这些是经过科学验证的具有实用意义的约束方式，必须一丝不苟的去做到。不断提高自己的工作能力及工作质量，养成标准化作业的习惯，确保列车安全运行。

其次是尽心尽力做好服务细节。只有时时刻刻心系旅客，并且树立服务光荣、旅客至上的思想，才能在服务工作中激发出满腔的热情，才能在列车安全运行工作中做出全方位的服务效果。

例如以下几项细节，就对列车和旅客安全有着重要联系。

1，行李架,：不规整的摆放在行驶过程中很容易落下砸伤旅客。

2，小桌板：接过开水后不盖杯盖如前面旅客调整前面座椅很容易导致后面小桌板晃动杯子掉落开水烫伤旅客。

3，开水炉：对于老幼病残孕重点旅客一定宣传到位谨慎使用开水炉，还有对于孩子在车厢奔跑跳跃都得跟家长沟通提醒到位。
