珍惜时间

古人云“光阴似箭，岁月如梭”，朱自清《匆匆》里的叹息也使我们颇感时间的可贵。“时间就是生命”，相信这句话同学们并不陌生——在家中，有父母的叮咛；到学校，有老师的教诲。可是，有多少人真正引起重视，去自觉珍惜，像对待生命一样对待时间呢？.

下面，请听小故事“一分钟”

著名教育家班杰明曾接到一个青年人的求教电话，并约好了见面的时间和地点。待那个青年人如约而至时，眼前的景象却令他颇感意外，大教育家的房间里竟然乱七八糟，狼藉一片。没等青年人开口，班杰明就招呼道：“你看我这房间，太不整洁了，请你在门外等一分钟，我收拾一下你再进来吧。”说着，他就关上了门。

一分钟后，班杰明又打开了房门，并热情地把青年人让进客厅。这时，青年人的眼前展现出另一番景象——房间内的一切已变得井然有序。可是，没等青年人把问题讲出来，班杰明就非常客气地说：“好吧，你可以走了。”青年人一下子愣住了，既尴尬又非常遗憾地说：“可是，我，我还没向您请教呢。”“这些，难道还不够吗？”班杰明一边扫视着自己的房间，一边微笑地说，“你进来已有一分钟了。”

“一分钟？一分钟，”青年人若有所思地说，“噢，我懂了，您让我明白了一分钟的时间可以做许多事情，也可以改变许多事情的深刻道理。”向班杰明道谢后，青年人开心地走了。

故事讲完了，很简单，却很耐人寻味。正象故事里所说的那样“一分钟里，我们可以丢掉很多事，一分钟里，我们也可以完成很多事。”一分钟看起来并不起眼，可是我们的人生就是这样由一个个一分钟组成，现在的一分钟很快就会成为过去，将来的一分钟也很快就会变成现在。所以同学们，珍惜时间，就必须从珍惜你的每一分钟做起，从现在做起。只有把握好你生命的每一分钟，你才能踏上成功之路，攀上理想之巅。到达成功的彼岸。

Now let’s enjoy a story: One day a young man visited great educator Banjieming. When Banjieming opened the door, to the young man’s great surprise.: his house was very dirty. “I’m sorry, It’s too dirty. Wait a minute please. Banjieming said and closed the door.

One minute later, Banjieming opened the door again and said: come in please . This time what the young man saw was a clean and clear sitting room.

“OK, You may go now. Banjieming said , “But I , I havn’t remit to you”. The young man asked. “Isn’t it enough? Looking at the room, “ Banjieming said. “You have been here for one minute.” “One minute? One minute, Oh I know. You tell me a truth: We can do many things in a minute.” The young man left with satisfaction.

Good morning, everybody!

In this world, there is one thing that is very fair to everybody, whether you are a male or female, young or old, rich or poor. Does anybody know what it is called?

Right. It is time. The topic I am going to present to you today is called “ Treasure Every Minute”.

The time is the life, Lu Xun said that, "Wastes own time to be equal to the chronic suicide, wastes others time to be equal to murders for money." This explained the importance of the time.And remember that time waits for no one. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery.Today is a gift.The clock is running.Make the most of today.

Treasures the time is treasures the life. Everyone knows that the life is very important , or each people should treasure the time well, creates own life value.

关于珍惜时间的演讲稿

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们大家早上好！今天我演讲的题目是珍惜时间

时间，它是人们生命中的匆匆过客，往往在我们不知不觉中，他便悄然而去，不留下一丝痕迹。人们常常在他逝去后，才渐渐发觉，留给自己的时间已经所剩无几。也正是如此，才有了古人一声叹息：少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。

时间流逝的无影无综，去的快，来的也快。而能否把握时间，做时间的主人往往决定着一个人一生的命运。陶渊明说过：盛年不重来，一日难再晨。及时当勉励，岁月不待人。人生短短数十秋，想要在如此短的时间内，取得成功，登上人生的顶峰，谈何容易。也正因为如此，珍惜时间就显得异常的重要。每个成功人士的背后往往有个珍惜时间的故事。

以前，我对时间根本不在乎。妈妈平时总是教育我要珍惜时间，她说：“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。时间非常宝贵，你现在应该勤奋学习才能取得好成绩。”可是我总是把它当作耳边风，左耳进右耳出，不一会儿就烟消云散了。我做作业时可“忙”了。东瞧瞧西瞧瞧，一边哼着歌一边做作业，并且字写得是“龙飞凤舞”。有时小伙伴来找我，我就把作业一推，一会儿就没人影了，玩够了才回来做作业。可是，一件突如其来的事使我改变了对时间看法。 一天，我在书上读了《宝贵的一分钟》这篇文章，我懂得了一分钟的价值；时间就是财富。文中有一句话讲到，“激光一分钟可以走一千八百万公里。最快的电子计算机一分钟能运算九十亿次”。这数据让我惊讶得吐了吐舌头，体现了时间的珍贵。如果我们白白浪费它，那不就等于图财害命了吗！光阴似箭，日月如梭。时间过得无比飞快，浪费每一个分钟，哪怕是浪费每一秒，将是无可挽回的。因此，我们应该和时间赛跑，不让它白白地溜走。读完了这篇文章，我立刻想起了那句名言——只要合理安排时间，就等于珍惜时间。随即，我决定改正缺点。每天早晨6点起床，开始读书。到学校应立即背书，每天放学后要做作业，不能心不在焉，小伙伴来玩时，我告诉他们我应做完做完才玩，晚上多看一些课外书。不论做什么事，都应合理安排时间

有人说:人的一生有三天:昨天,今天,明天.这三天组成了人生的三部曲,.但我说,人的一生是由无数的今天构成的,因为不会珍惜今天的人,既不会感怀昨天,也不会憧憬明天.

乐观的人,喜欢憧憬明天的美好;悲观的人,总担心明天发生什么不测.但生命的内涵只在于今天.生命是宝贵的,它是有一分一秒的时间堆积而成的,珍惜今天就是珍惜生命,荒废了今天就是荒废了生命. 昨天已是过眼云烟,再也无法挽留,如果在昨天,你取得了一点成绩而沾沾自喜,或是因为做错了一件事情而愁眉不展,那么,你就永远陷进了昨天的泥潭.同时,你今天的时间也会从你的沾沾自喜或愁眉不展中悄悄流逝.每个人都会乘坐"今天"这班车驶向明天,一天一个驿站,一天一处风景.趁着明天还未到来,我们就应抓住今天,这样等待着你的才会是果实累累的明天.

我们不应该在昨天寻觅什么,也不应该向明天祈求什么,最重要的是怎样对待今天!在这有限的时间里努力学习,抓紧今天的分分秒秒,

用今天的努力去弥补昨天的空隙,去实现明天崇高的理想.

在这一天快要结束的时候,大家应当认真反思你在这一得的所作所为,自己是否真正做到了珍惜时间.老师上课时,你是否因为知识枯燥难懂而放弃听课 在上自习课时,你是否因为自己意志薄弱而心不在焉 在家中做作业时,你是否禁不住电视和电脑游戏的诱惑而虚度时光 在周末,你是否因为贪玩儿而无暇顾及书本.
