We are young, how to spend our youth

Where are you from? Well, you’re undergraduate from a big university. Where am I from? I am a junior vocational student from vocational university. But one thing is the same. How old are you? Twenty? Twenty two? How old are

you?Over thirty? Fourty? Or fifty? But one thing is the same.All of us has the belief of young. Confidence can help us to be young. confidence is power- the power to attract, persuade, influence, and succeed. Imagine what your life would be like ,if you had an abundance of self-confidence even we were defeated that can not be an obstacle, it will not prevent us being

successful .Quite the contrary, I believe because of defeat, so we can move forward. If we want to be young, confidence is the key what we can not afford to lose.

尊敬的评委，亲爱的同学们大家好

我今天演讲的题目是######

青春如行云流水，淌指而过，抓不住也握不稳，因此青春也显得格外珍贵，容不得半点浪费，但亲爱的朋友，请不必感叹青春的柔弱易逝，她是如此富有生机与精彩。她能够支持你站稳岗位，负好己责，拼搏出你要的生活。那么正值青春的我们，就应该乘青春正值旺季，草长莺飞之时，怀揣着激情，勇敢的面对生活，燃放自己，用流逝的青春去换一个我们要的明天。

还记得刚来到大学的日子吗?想起来，不远，仿似昨天，可细细想下来，又觉得是好远，好像已经是好远的好久以前了。回味这一路走来，有高考后自己汗水没有白流的欣慰，有考入大学时的兴奋，有离开家遇见她们的悸动。当然，也有过难过与失意，或者悲伤和失落，因为学校的小道没有林荫，食堂大妈的手艺不合我们的胃口，教室桌椅的坐着不舒服等等。可是随着我们携手上课下课，吃饭玩耍，开开玩笑间，多出来的胡茬也悄悄的留下了岁月的痕迹的两年里，逝去的青春，我们渐渐熟悉，拥有了熟悉的笑脸，亲切的言语，可以曰人，可以曰家，可以曰天下。慢慢的那些细小的不满与失意也尽然被图书馆里的书香掩盖，翻阅一页页间，学习充满了我们青春的每一个角落。看似如此简单，琐碎，却也无不在努力勾勒出我们多姿多彩的青春。

此时，那些流年里的光景也忽隐忽现得很好看。原来拥有青春的我们是如此富有，因为年轻，就有资本，我们用来投资明天，投资下一个属于美好的自己。想着梦想，践行着一步两步，越走越远。放弃了叫嚣，学会了低头。放低了身段，学会了静修。看清自己要走的道路，研修我们要有的专业。装几本书，压压包，穿行于向左向右的知识之路，紧紧的身影，只因追求学海的博大。握几只笔，弯弯手，画摆于朝里朝外的锦绣蓝图，沙沙的响声，只为设计美好的明天。没有花前月下的甜蜜，也不羡慕牡丹花下的香醉，尽管单调，但却不会在等到将来有一天，青春一到用时方恨曾经虚度。我们青春，我们简单，我们过季时间，纯酿出自己的舞酒。

There is a poem written by Langston Hughes Hold fast to dreams,

For if dreams die,

Life is a broken-winged bird.

That can never fly.

Hold fast to dreams, For if dreams go,

Life is a barren field,

Frozen with snow. How beautiful it is. Yes, we shouldn’t give up our dreams. We shouldn’t give in to the large pressure on the way to realize our dreams.

There is a group of graduated students called “school-drifters”. According to China Daily, the number of the “school-drifters” had reached 100,000 as long ago as 2005; the number is of course increasing over the years. Living on school resources is a way of cutting living costs. Living close is convenient and familiar. But the real reason for this phenomenon is the intense conflict between the real world and their ideals. The notion “Anybody coming back home without achievements is a loser.” together with a too-high expectation from parents make them dare not go home and speak out their real situation. Enter grad school, find a better job, stay in big cities are their good wishes. Though the reality is cruel, they can realize them step by step.
