时间飞逝，转眼间八天的 军训时光已经过去。军训是我们人生难得的考验和磨砺，他不但能培养人的吃苦精神，更能磨练人的意志。

我们每天的军事训练内容非常简单，不过是原地转法、正步、立定、齐步这些基本的动作，这些动作平时看起来非常简单，而现在做起来却没有那么容易了，第一天下来，我们就累得半死，全身都疼，但是大家没有一个人退缩，都坚持到了最后。其深深体会到了坚持就是胜利。

通过拓展训练，我深刻的理解到了什么叫“团队”。在困难和挑战面前，大家都能凝心聚力，充分体现了挑战自我，熔炼团队的精神。如果没有团队精神，这次所有的拓展项目都无法完成。正是大家严格要求自己，注意细节、一丝不苟，才能顺利完成。

在深深体会到团队协作在任务执行过程中的重要性同时，也学会了如何突破自己心理的极限，可以说是一次难得的经历。通过这次训练，我最终能真正能够实现个人某些心理障碍的跨越，同时也体会到个人能力的发展潜力。证明了自己，超越了自己。使我明白，没有不可能，超越自己就能够创造奇迹。

我很感谢能通过这次的训练活动有这样一次深刻的体验和有意义的经历。我也能为能处于这样一个有默契的团队而感到荣幸，我相信，在我们这个大家庭中，不论我们接下来会面对怎样的困难，我们都能够手牵手共同去克服，因为我坚信：团结就是力量!

在此，我真心的感谢公司组织的这次活动，也感谢我们的队友，给我们彼此的支持和信任。衷心祝愿我们的公司明天更辉煌、更美好!

我听姐姐说：军讯非常艰苦，在他们那个时候，光站军姿就要练七、八天，真正要做到站如松、坐如钟的境界。说实话，虽然我的军训时间比较短，我还是觉得像是魔鬼训练营一样。不过，我也觉得虽然军训很苦，但是苦中有乐，自己也得到了锻炼。像不会洗衣服、睡懒觉等等，都在这里有所改正，一向比较懒、有喜欢拖时间的我在这里得到了极大的锻炼。这次军训真的让我变了一个人，改正了很多缺点，更重要的是让我知道互相帮助、团结友爱的重要性，从不认识到认识，短短的时间让我结识了许多的朋友，我很开心。

蝴蝶只有经历了蜕变的疼痛，才能拥有他那美丽的外衣：而我们亦是如此，只有经历了磨练，才能开出绚丽之花。

——题记

短暂而又紧张的大学第一课——军训已经结束，回顾这十五天以来的发生的点点滴滴，真是让我难以忘怀！

军训的那段日子，有泪，有欢，有苦，有汗水，有笑容。真乃五味俱全了。也是军训让我体验了军人的感受，大学里第一堂课教我学会了“不经一番彻寒骨，怎能梅花扑鼻香”的道理。

军训也让我们洗涤去许多酸甜苦辣，我愿意记得这些军训中打的生活将是我生命中美好的回忆。军训的日子就是把自己当成军人，只有服从命令听指挥。因为有它，我们才被训练的堂堂正正：因为有它，我们才甩掉90后的娇生惯养：因为有它，我们才有如中国字那样坦荡有力：因为有它，我们这些事曾相识的热血青年才能走到一起，共创辉煌?????我感谢军训，我难忘军训，我继续“军训”——将大学生活过得像军训一样充实！

军训的日子好似一杯浓浓的咖啡，只要我们细细品尝，就会发现其中的香甜。没有这十五天的训练，我的意志没那么坚定;我的信心没那么充实；我的体验没那么刻骨铭心?????每天都要站军姿，我知觉的已不再是时间，纵然两腿发酸却换得一身挺直。每次的坚持到底都会让我超越自己，在炎炎夏日的直射下，晒出了我的执着，没有这种训练，我无法体会一个军人飒爽英姿下的疼痛，军训确实让我学好了大学里的第一堂课，那便是疼痛也是美丽的。

军训就这样悄然远去，带走的是疼痛的泪水，留下的却是永恒的精神，烈日炎炎，我们留下了多少铿锵有力的步伐，或许汗流浃背，但这些不是苦，而是一种收获，一种让我们受益终生的收获，我们收获的是耐力，是勇敢，是不屈，是荣誉，更是团队精神。从阅兵式中整齐的脚步，响亮的口号，我体会到了团结的欢乐，从激扬的军歌中，我体会了奋进的快乐！
