Although I’m still a freshman in this new semester, I’ve learned a lot from the past few months. I chose English as my major because I extremely love this subject so that I will continuously devote myself into it. Maybe I’ve got not bad gradeslast term and it indeed inspired me to get more progress in the future. But what I know is that it’s still a long way to achieve my ultimate goal and I need to make great efforts. My dream is to be a translator, especially a simultaneous interpreter, but I knew it’s not easy to realize due to my limited knowledge now. So I need to work step by step.

Now it comes to my recent goals. Firstly, to be honest, I’m not good at oral English and English listening, I have to take a great deal of practice. What I plan is listening to the MP3 in order to imitate the foreigners’ accent and speak more in English. At the same time, I will do a lot of News dictation and English listening and comprehension to improve my skills. Secondly, to prepare the CET4 and the 2014National English Contest for College Students, I intend to memorize all the words in my vocabulary book within two or three months and finish my exercise books. Thirdly, I want to maintain my academic of my specialized course or do more better than ever before by working harder. Finishing my assignments and notes is what I need to insist on every day.

2013—2014下学期高一五班英语教学计划

聊城市第三中学 张盼盼

本学期我担任高一（5）班的英语教学，经过上学期的教学，学生已基本适应了高中上课的流程，掌握了一定的学习方法，但是通过这几天的课，我感觉学生的基础普遍薄弱，单词记忆不是很理想，听说读写的英语能力也需要进一步提高。而且通过班主任吕老师的介绍，五班同学两极分化严重，因此要特别注意后进生的学习。 为了让学生能喜欢学英语，能更好的进步，我将从以下几方面努力：

一、在指导思想方面，认真钻研新课标，树立新观念，探索新教法，在学校教学计划指导下进行工作。特别注意根据本班学生实际，努力发展学生自主学习和合作学习的能力；形成有效的英语学习策略；培养学生的综合运用语言的能力；特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力，理解、分析和阅读的能力，让学生尽快适应高中学习。

二、在英语教学方面做到以下几点：

本学期主要学习必修三和必修四。要求学生重点掌握每个模块中的词语以及出现的重要句型；语法主要为：情态动词的用法；名词性从句包括宾语从句、表语从句、同位语从句等；主谓一致；动词Ving的功能用法。其中名词性从句和动词Ving的功能用法是本学期教学的重点也是学生学习的难点。为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于单元的新课教学中。

1、在词汇方面，单词一直是学记忆生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。为打牢学生的单词基础，在每周模块学习结束前对学生进行单词默写检查两次，一次让学生互评，一次由老师亲自评阅。

2、在阅读方面，阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点，也是高考的重头戏。在模块教学中精心设计一节课阅读课，充分培养锻炼学生的阅读能力，阅读技巧，阅读速度和阅读效率，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

小学英语教师个人工作计划

新年伊始，我们又迎来了一个新的学期，根据学校教学工作计划的安排，现将本学期工作安排如下：

一、指导思想

以国家《基础教育课程改革纲要（试行）》和《英语新课程标准》为指导，认真学习新课标各理念及精神。按照新课标和新教材的理念，积极进行课堂教学模式的改革、探索，优化课堂教学过程，重视对学生能力的培养，不断提高学生的综合素质，使每位学生自信且成功地成长。

二、个人业务

作为一名教师,除了要具备良好的思想品德,高尚的道德情操，还需要具备较高水平的业务技能。本学期结合学校工作及个人练功计划安排，我将注重教材教法的理论研修及英语口语训练，每天安排一定的时间不断为自己充电,持之以恒，努力提高自身专业素质，使业务水平再上新台阶。

三、教学工作

（一）教学目标、任务：

1、提升学生学习英语的兴趣，养成良好的朗读书写的习惯；

2、发音准确、朗读流利，准确掌握书中的重点内容；

3、能够进行简单的日常用语的交流；

4、熟练掌握所学歌曲、chant等。

（二）教学重点、难点：

三年级：培养学生根据规律背诵单词的能力、独立进行完整的问答对话练习的能力。

五年级：注重音标的掌握和语法的渗透，更进一步培养学生的兴趣。

（三）方法措施：

1、认真备课，深入研究教材教法,以学生为中心,进行课堂的有效教学，提高课堂效率，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。

2、创新运用各种不同英语教学法来辅助教学，如：情景教学法、直接教学法和TPR全身反应法，并开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在轻松的氛围中学习英语。

3、创设英语情景和环境，使学生们在一定的英语语言环境里习得“第二语言”。做到“生活中有英语，英语中有生活”。

4、鼓励学生大胆说英语，肯定他们的进步（尤其是英语基础不好的学生），树立学生的信心，培养学生朗读和书写的习惯。

5、注重教材的灵活性和可操作性，以满足不同层次的学生的需求。帮助英语基础不好的学生，提升英语基础好的学生。
