您好！我关注到北京环境保护协会近期举办的意见征集活动，希望建言献策。

众所周知，北京已经成为继伦敦之后的又一个“雾都”。每当旱季来临，北京都陷入一

种“烟雾缭绕”的环境中。这是雾霾，究其根本，是PM2.5。它多来自汽车尾气以及工厂废

气，浓度过高时会引起上呼吸道感染，对人们的健康造成极大的威胁。严重时全城停产停业，

汽车无法行驶上公路，在宽敞的走廊中行走甚至无法看清远处的事物。北京因此成为世界上

十个重污染城市之一。雾霾给北京的可持续发展带来了极大的阻力。

作为从小生活在北京的孩子，我感到十分担忧，并且认为自己有责任并有能力进行努力

以改变这一现状。早在20xx年，我就加入了汇心志愿者组织，义务在周末闲暇时间在居民

区内进行“少开私家车，绿色出行”的宣传活动。长达5年的社会实践让我了解到了许多有

关雾霾的小知识，更意识到了保护北京大气环境，减少雾霾的重要性和紧要性。我养成了向

身边的人自主传播雾霾防护和保护环境的观念，积极推荐家庭购买新型清洁能源汽车，使更

但仅凭我一人的努力显然还远远不够。我在此呼吁有关部门进行大气保护法的修订等工

作，及时发布雾霾预警，行使好自己的行政和法律手段；生产企业也应当自觉进行废气处理

后再排放，不燃煤生产，使用更加清洁和可再生的乙醇等能源。当然最重要的是我们自己需
