Movie Title：

This evening we watched the movie dances with wolves, the film tells the story of the protagonist Dunbar in war made great contribution, then he chose in the remote western. There lived a lot of Indians, on his arrival with the resistance, when Dunbar approached and the understanding of their life, the relationship between people and he began to thaw. He got a name: Indian dances with wolves. In a revolt against the invasion of the war, Dunbar became the Sioux national hero. However the horse cultural decline has become inevitable, the white soldiers came to this land, this piece of plain land slowly changed.

The movie reflects many cultural values .Culture can affect what we sense and it has give great influence to our perception .White and black culture has many different. Compared with the complex rituals, Indian etiquette is more sincere and warm. Love is love, hate is hate. A woman called the wind sends started on Dunbar is not a false show friendly, but very unhappy and despised, but, after slowly buildup friendship, he also became Dunbar's most loyal friend, we saw the heart, see the Indian’s honest natural .The play has a plot is that when white men decided that Dunbar is a traitor. So Dunbar could not speak English, and resolutely speak Indian language, Dunbar's behavior is a kind of cross racial and ethnic cultural value.

大学生观影调查报告

一   调查时间：20##年4月20号—4月25号

二   调查目的：了解大学生观影情况

三   调查方式：问卷调查

四   调查对象：洛阳理工学院在校大学生

五   调查人员：邹双双   张鹏云

六   调查情况：本次调查共发放问卷50份，共收回有效问卷50份，

     有效问卷回收率达100%。

七   调查背景及内容：本次调查的背景是根据当下传媒现实，伴随着传播技术的迅猛发展，在信息高度共享、互动的今天，电影的传播方式也由传统的电影院、电视、音像制品等途径扩展到包括网络、DVD、MP4、MP5、手机等在内的多媒体方式。作为大学生，对于接触和运用新生事物具有相对强烈的好奇和热情，他们的消费理念相对超前，因此我们想探寻在多媒体的环境下，当代大学生对于电影，尤其是以网络视频、MP4、MP5、手机电影等传媒方式为代表的新兴传播方式的认知理解和消费现状。我们知道，以目前影院的票价标准，大多数学生很少买票，进入影院看电影，网络作为传播电影的新渠道，在具有传播速度快、传播范围广、费用相对低廉等优势下，以大学生的消费能力和消费目的及消费倾向作为本次调查的主要内容。

八   调查方法：我们通过男、女生对半发放问卷，分别对大一、大二 、大三、大四在校大学生观影情况进行了调查，发放问卷的基本情况如下

  

九   调查分析：

  1．你平均每月大概看多少部电影？

A 1-4   B 5-10  C 3-11以上  D没看

分析：从总体数据来看，不管是男生还是女生，选择每月平均看1-4部电影的人数较多，比例相对其他选项较高，每月观看电影高于五部以上的学生中，男生明显多于女生，根据调查咨询情况，原因主要在于男生拥有个人电脑的比例较高，可通过网络直接观看，而女生多选择使用MP4或MP5来观看电影，另外，在调查的人员中，分别有三名男生和两名女生没有看过电影，调查其原因是个人对电影没有爱好。

Australian culture

This lecture tells us about the culture of Australia. The teacher introduced exercise, animal, food, flag and so on. I love the animal. The platypus lives aside freshwater rivers or lakes. They are active mainly at nighttime hours, and use their webbed feet for swimming. When swimming the platypus has its eyes shut. They can however stay underwater for up to 10 minutes, and due to their natural buoyancy. The Koala is one of Australia's best known animals. It is an icon represented when promoting Australia to the tourist industry. The Australian Flag came into being after the federation of the Australian States into the Commonwealth of Australian on 1 January, 1901. The Commonwealth Blue Ensign was selected a result of a public competition. It is based on the Blue Ensign of the United Kingdom, is twice as long as it is wide, and consists of a dark blue field that can be notionally divided into four quadrants. There is a different motif in each of the upper and lower hoist quadrants. In Australians, They flock to the movies and their attendance at galleries and performing arts is almost double. Their cities play host to a huge array of cutting-edge cultural festivals, and offer music, theatre and dance performances and art exhibitions every day of the week. See traditional Aboriginal dance performance by the Bangarra Dance Theatre.

2012-2013学年春季学期“国际视野放映厅”观影报告

MovieTitle: To see the differences of cultures from Gallipoli

This movie tells us a story about two young men,whose name are Archy Hamilton and Frank Dunne. And from two young’s dream shattered tell the cruelty of war.

Movie starts from the ranch in Western Australia, the development of a training camp in Cairo, the end of the last battle in Turkey. Officers eager to win on the battlefield, knowing subordinates by enemy machine gun sighting, still compel them to charge forward, the results suffered a crushing defeat. Two young people, one for the social services, the result a sacrificing their lives in exchange for experience, leaving friends beside crazy number, Alarmed by disillusionment.

The movie reflects the cultural values of westerners awe for individual lives. Embodied in the film in the Western view of war on individual life itself is absolutely awe striking.

The Truman Show

I have been told of the movie named The Truman Show for ages.But I notwithstanding have been touched when the first time I watched it.We can learn a great many from this film.

The leading role of the movie was lived in a small town named seahaven,but what he don’t know was that the townlet is a large studio,and possessers around he are all performers,even if his wife,best friend and parents.He didn’t find it until a stoppage happend.He just determinats to leave from the small town after he certitude the factor that he was living in others’ monitoring straight forward.Also the process was full of straitened circumstances,as the director by all manner of means to stop him from escape,he ultimate carried his point.

From the movie we can know many of customs in foreign countries especially about western.For example,when a person make an oach which he didn’t really want to obey,he always fold his middle finger upon index finger.It just like a cross ,and they believe this movement could cancel out the punish which due to their action go against to the pledge.In the movie Truman find his wife was crossing her fingers when they thke a wedding photo and that’s what raised his doubts.Also this movement have other meaning. Such as if you must pass under a ladder you can avoid bad luck by crossing your fingers and keeping them crossed until you have seen a dog.Facing the same movement different people from different place may consider very various.This is so called culture’s influence on perception,and It’s a significant reason lead to intercultural communication barriers.
