社团章程
第一章 总 则
第一条社团名称
本社团正式名称为武夷山职业学院风语吉他社，简称风语吉他社。
第二条社团性质
风语吉他社是在院团委指导下的，吉他爱好者自发组织成立并开展活动的团体。社团组织会
员开展活动及承办我校校园吉他大赛，自觉遵守有关校规法则，维护会员利益和校园秩序，
接受院团委及学院有关部门的指导、监督和管理。
第三条社团宗旨
立足于“以琴会友，陶冶情操”这一宗旨，定期为学员进行吉他教学，排练高水准的节目参
与学院各项演出活动，并积极与其他高校的社团开展交流活动，以提高协会会员的整体水平。
第二章 会 员
第四条 加入社团的条件
1.凡我校在校学生
2.承认本社团章程、热爱吉他、支持吉他的发展、愿意参加本社团各项活动；
3.经本人报名申请，填写个人基本资料，经过理事会审定批准后即可注册成为本社团的正式
成员。
第五条 退出社团的条件
1.由于学业和其他工作繁忙，无法参加社团活动；
2.做出了有损社团声誉或有害社团及社团其他会员利益的事，社团将自动取消其会员资格；
3.以社团名义为个人谋私利或进行不符合社团性质的活动，社团将自动取消其会员资格；
4.长达一学期没有参加任何社团活动者，社团作以自动退会处理。
第六条 会员享有的权利
1.在本社团内具有选举权和被选举权；
2.有参加本社团组织的各项活动的权力；
3.有批评和监督本社团各项工作（包括社团资金使用情况）的权力；
4.有对社团的各项工作提出意见和建议的权力；
5.有退出社团的自由权。
第七条 会员必须履行的义务
1.遵守本社团的各项纪律和规定；
2.执行本会决议，听从社团各项活动安排；
3.按时参加吉他社组织的各项活动；
4.发扬团结协作精神，自觉维护本社团利益、名誉及形象，努力为社团争光，在广大同学中
扩大社团的影响。
第三章 社团组织结构
第八条 本社团设有教学部、宣传部、外联部、秘书处四个部门。
第九条 教学部
1.负责对社团成员进行关于吉他的培训；
2.对社员的学习情况给予评价和考核；
3.组织社员参加各种比赛。
第十条 宣传部
1.负责宣传社团的对外活动前的工作；
2.设计制定活动前的海报工作；
3.制作社团在招新前海报宣传栏工作；
4.对社团活动摄影并对外拟稿宣传报道。
第十一条 外联部
1.负责联系校内与校外社团的联系；
2.为社团拉赞助。
第十二条 秘书处
1.负责拟订学期详细计划，并写成书面的形式由社长核查后上交学院审批；
2.制定相关活动的策划；
3.制作各个活动的记录，总结；
4.协助社长完成相关任务。
第四章 会议制度
第十三条 全体会员大会：为社团学期总结大会，每学期一次。
1.监督和公布社团运作情况，干部工作情况和财务状况；
2.表彰该学期先进个人和团体；
3.介绍社团下学期的活动安排；
4.修改和完善社团规章制度。
第十四条 常务理事会议：为社团最高权利机构。由会长、副会长、各部（副）部长以及（副）
秘书长组成，每月至少一次。
1.组织召开会员大会；
2.执行社团规章制度；
3.负责社团日常工作，管理和组织各部门的工作；
4.制定各项活动计划，对所有策划案拥有表决权。
第十五条 全体干部大会：由所有干部组成，每两周一次。
1.各部门分配具体工作；
2.对社团活动与平时工作指出不足之处，并提出解决方案；
3.各成员互相交流，促进了解，便于开展工作。
第十六条 有专门的会议记录本，每次会议要求做好会议记录，学期结束报秘书部存档。
第五章 活动及比赛
第十七条日常活动
1.教学活动：根据社员的吉他水平高低分成小组进行吉他教学活动，活动围绕以下几个方面
进行：吉他新手启蒙、吉他视频教学、乐理基础、视唱练耳、即兴弹唱等等。
2.交流活动：每个周期组织社内或者社外表演者进行表演，无论表演难度，只要有表演和达
到交流的目的即可。
第十八条 特色活动
1.爱心义演：①可以组织街头义演，将义演所得到的钱捐助给失学儿童或者残障人士等需要
帮助的人；②在周末或者节假日去养老院看望孤寡老人，为他们献上一份音乐大餐，丰富他
们的老年生活；③周一至周五可以去周围的幼儿园小学或中学去做吉他表演，教小朋友一些
吉他的基本知识，引起他们对吉他、对音乐的兴趣。
2.主题月活动：每个月定一个主题，比如一月是民谣月，二月是蓝调月，先有宣传部进行宣
传，再由教学部教授大家一些关于本月主题的乐曲或知识。将此作为拓展训练，在每个月月
末让社员们给出关于这个主题的演出或者成果，心得体会也可以。（理论和实践皆可）
第六章 财务制度
第十九条 社团经费的主要来源由会员会费、社会赞助、学校补贴等三部分组成。
第二十条 社团资金主要用于日常活动开支；活动场地租赁费；联谊活动费用；比赛费用及
其他相关费用。
第二十一条 社团经费由社团自行管理，严格实行经费收支管理制度，并定期将会费收支情
况向社团会员通报。
第七章 考核与奖惩制度
第二十二条 社团每学期对干部及普通会员按相关的考核办法进行考核，根据学期表现，评
选出社团“优秀会员”、“优秀干部”等。
1.奖励：
a.按参与社团各项活动、遵守社团各项制度等诸多情况综合考虑，每学期选出优秀会员5-8
名不等，并给予一定的奖励；
b.根据干部的日常工作以及对社团贡献情况，每学期评出3-5名优秀干部，并给予一定的奖
励。
2.惩罚：
a.对于违反社团规章制度，做出有损社团声誉及有害社团及社团会员利益的会员，将视其情
况严重程度给予最高至取消其会员资格的惩罚；
b.对于社团工作不积极，没热情的干部，社团将劝其退出干部群；对于不遵守社团章程，不
服从管理，有严重失职情况的干部，社团将取消其干部资格；对于
情况特别严重者，社团将取消其会员资格。
第八章 附则
第二十四条 本章程经院团委批准后，自社团成立之日起实施生效。
第二十五条 对本章程的修改，须经理事会表决通过后上报学院。
第二十六条 本章程最终解释权归武夷山职业学院风语吉他社理事会所有。
