当然每个学校都给一样的推荐信啦，找老师要找头衔高的，一般来说要正教授，或者是学校的校长院长，如果是院士就更好了。一般来说自己学校看似很有名的老师到了国外谁都不认识，所以正高头衔一把手行政头衔或者是院士光环才是最可靠的

一般都是自己写，打出来，让老师看一下，签字

自己先去找教授，探探口气，说自己要出国，别说我要你给我写推荐信，也别说我写了你签个字，都不礼貌。老师怕麻烦但也要尊严。你就说想请您做推荐人，看老师的反应，如果有戏，那就掏出打好的推荐信，说根据对方学校的要求自己拟了个稿子，看看是否合适。一般老师就会很爽快地说，好，我签字，或者说不用这个，我来写（后者几率极小）

我当时申请了五家学校，两个老师那里各搞了八份推荐信，信上要签名，用学校信封装好，老师再在信封封口处签名，然后拿到校办去封口处盖章，权威性和可靠性得到绝对保证，信一定要单独装，因为对方希望这是由老师自己封装的，未经你的手。

最好是两封教授推荐信一封雇主推荐信。（实习单位即可，有实践经验总有点帮助）三个不同人写出的信最好要有不同的语言习惯，犯不同的语法错误。我的推荐信策略是一个教授吹我的专业技能好，学习踏实，另一个吹我有思想，有深度，有潜力；雇主推荐信说这孩子性格好，效率高，是我们公司的得力助手，他的离开真是痛失英才啊，以后要加强对这个学校毕业生的雇佣。 总之，推荐信要从不同角度来反映你的优点。如果每个老师对你的印象都一样且非常全面，那是不可能的。但可以从不同的推荐信中同时反映出你一两个最想让对方知道的优点，加强对方的印象，因为你的突出优点被不同的人认同是正常的且更加证明了这个优点的突出和真实。
