C: your host for today .Thanks for being here tonight!

X: hey,do you know the history of this contest?

C: certainly,our contest has been held for several years,it has become a brand characteristic activity of our department.

X: brand characteristicof course.aiming at providing a stage for the participants to show their talents in language and public speaking,and also,we’d like to exchange ideas on important issues.

C: also As we know, the 60th anniversary is coming,to celebrate this grand occasion,we would like students to show their feelings and best wishes to alma mater.

X: Okay now let me introduce the distinguished judges.

Let’s give the warmest applause to them!

C: Before we start the contest, we would like to introduce the rules in Chinese. 本次比赛分为两个部分，第一部分分为三个环节。

第一环节：定题演讲：每组选手首先进行有准备发言，题目为“Alma mater in my heart”，

演讲时间为3分钟，选手可自定小标题，按照抽签的结果依次出场。

第二环节：回答问题：由评委就选手定题演讲内容提一个问题，选手回答时间为1分钟。

第三环节：即兴演讲：赛题保密，选手回答问题之后现场抽签获得题目，准备1分钟，演讲2分钟 。

第二部分为复活赛： 以即兴演讲的形式进行

评分标准

定题演讲总分60分，演讲内容，语言水平，演讲技巧各占20分。

回答问题总分40分，内容，语言，技巧分别为15分，15分，10分。

即兴演讲总分50分，内容语言，技巧分别为20分，15分，15分。

另外，如果两队总成绩相同，按定题演讲、回答问题、即兴演讲的先后顺序依次比较各部分的分数，分高者胜出。

晋级规则：

1、根据第一部分总成绩排名，取前20%——30%的队伍，首先确定部分晋级队伍。

2、剩余各队可申请复活（各队仅有一次资格），进入复活赛。根据复活赛各队伍的总成绩(包含定题演讲，

回答问题，即兴演讲三部分)排名，取前20%左右的队伍和第一部分确定的队伍共同进入决赛。

3、 比赛正式开始；

4、 比赛全部结束后，主持人宣读各队初赛总成绩，公布第一批进入决赛的名单（3分钟）；

5、 复活赛

6、 主持人宣布成功复活的队伍名单

7、 评委代表总结（3分钟）；

8、 主持人致闭幕词（3分钟）；

第二篇：英语演讲比赛主持稿

A: Good Moring, ladies ,gentlemen and my fellow students: I’m very pleased to be the hostess for today's competition ,to give the opening speech for everybody．now you are watching the “My college and my Dream” Cup English speech contest. Thank you for coming to this competition. In today's show. There are 17 contestants coming from different Classes .All of they are freshman. I hope you can have a good day!        

B:女士们先生们，各位早上好！首先非常荣幸的担任这次比赛的主持人，接下来你们将看到的是“我的大学我的梦”杯英语演讲比赛，在此次比赛中有17名来自不同班级的大一选手参赛。我希望大家能在这儿过得愉快。

A：Now，I will tell you something about this contest in general，Today’s contest includes Prepared contest,Questions and Answers， Impromptu speech and Talent show。The judges will judge you by substance style，delivery and pronunciation of your speech。The rewards contain a First winner two Second winners three Third winners and five Excellent winners

B:现在我将简要的介绍一下比赛规则，本次比赛分为主体演讲，现场提问，即兴演讲和才艺展示四个部分。评委将从演讲内容，演讲风格，个人形象，发音等方面进行打分。本次比赛奖项设置为：一等奖一名，二等奖二名，三等奖三名，优秀奖五名

A：In Prepared contest，you have about four minutes to take you speech Something important is you have to speech without draft，then，you will face the Impromptu speech, after you choose the question, you have 40s to prepare ,2 minutes to answers。And judges may ask you something. 

B:在主体演讲中，你有大约四分钟的时间进行演讲，值得一提的是必须脱稿。接下来你将迎来即兴演讲，当你抽完选题后有四十秒的准备时间，然后做一个两分钟左右的演讲，评委可以针对你的演讲提一些问题。

A: Good guys! The 17 contests gave us wonderful shows. The meaning of this contest is give us a chance to challenge ourselves, and the contest is supposed to offer a good atmosphere for we students, helping us get rid of dump English and speak out our dreams. Then rebuild ourselves!
