　　为了孩子演讲稿【1】

　　尊敬的各位家长：

　　大家上午好!可能有部分家长朋友还不认识我，首先做一个自我介绍，我是一年级四班的数学老师，91年参加工作，一直从事小学数学教学工作，也有12年的班主任工作经历。

　　来到移民小学已是第三个年头，刚送走了一届毕业班。

　　感谢大家来参加这个家长会，感谢你们对我的教学工作的支持和信任。

　　估计很多家长都很很想知道自己的小孩在这些日子的学习和表现怎么样?那么，我首先给家长朋友们介绍一下孩子们一个多月来的数学学习情况，在这一个多月中，我们花了很大的力气在培养孩子的各方面的习惯，包括怎么坐，怎么站，怎么拿笔，翻书，甚到于怎么擦鼻涕和上厕所。

　　数学知识方面主要学习了分类，比较，一到五的认识，认识立体图形和平面图形，以及六到十的认识及组成和加减法。

　　通过前几次练习册上的检测和上周五的一次单元测验，多数孩子掌握较好。

　　但也有极少孩子进入状态较慢，主要体现在上课听讲注力难于集中，部分孩子有意注意不到五分钟，就是在考试当中，教师念题，他也难以跟上老师的进度做题，总是开小差，这是一个很让老师头疼和问题，因为这么多的孩子，老师不可能停下来等一个或者几个孩子做好再做下一下教学程序，那将无法完成教学任务，将造成多数孩子无法学习。

　　希望家长朋友们能有好的建议和方法。

　　上周五的单元考试算是一次较为正规的考试，班上学生情况总体如下，参考66人，70分以下没有，70到79的有2人，80到89的有11人，90到99的有39人，100分的14人。

　　总分6218分，平均分94.2分。

　　大家可以对照这个数据了解孩子在班上的相对情。

　　本期还将学习钟表的认识和20以内的进位加法。

　　20以内的进位加法将是本期的重点和难点，也为以后100以内的进位加法打下基础。

　　接下来就孩子的数学习方面谈几点意见和想法，与各位家长共同探讨。

　　一、关于孩子学习的用品的准备和相关数学意识的培养。

　　1、学习用品，实用为好。

　　(1)文具盒，学具盒简单为好，每天为孩子准备好削好的铅笔三到五支，一块像皮。

　　(2)为孩子准备一把透明的15到20厘米的塑料直尺(智高的较好)，用着连线和认识直尺之用。

　　(3)家中可以购买1—10的加法和减法口决表(见课本第78到79面)，20以内的进位加法表(见课本 )，当然也可用较大的纸书写后让孩子加强记忆，形成定势，口算能力就会提升，数手指的现像就会减少。

　　(4)语文数学书和语数练习册由于使用次数较多，要用较好书皮包上。

　　书的内外都要定好学校、班级和孩子的姓名，如果外封皮上不好写，可以粘上打价格用的标签后再书写，利于我们发练习册时好一下认出。

　　学习用品如有丢失，应及时补充准备好，这样才不至于影响孩子第二天的学习。

　　2、有意识的培养孩子的方向感，特别是左右，多少，轻重，厚薄，高矮的区分;培养孩子的数感，基数和序数的区分;培养孩子时间感，有意教孩子认识各种钟表，特别是几时几分的认识;培养孩子的空间感，认识和区分立体图形与平面图形

　　3、家中为孩子提供一个安静、健康的学习环境，有专门高矮适合的书桌和凳子。

　　大人的一些娱乐活动，注意不要影响做作业的孩子。

　　古人说“宁静致远”，“非学无以广才，非宁静无以成学”，应该很有道理

　　二、关于孩子良好学数学习惯的培养

　　1、培养深厚的学习兴趣。

　　兴趣是最好的老师。

　　保护孩子的好奇心，提供好书、鼓励阅读，教给基本的学习方法，采用具体、生动、形象或游戏的方式，提供展示学习效果的机会等等，激发孩子的学习兴趣。

　　2、培养孩子主动积极、努力上进意识。

　　让孩子养成时间意识，做作业不拖拉，在规定的时间内完成，特别要注意不要让孩子边做作业，边吃零食、看电视、玩玩具，这种习惯非常有害。

　　家长要经常关注学习作业情况，同时要培养孩子的责任心。

　　要让孩子懂得，学习是学生的最重要的事情，完成作业是应尽的义务。

　　3、培养孩子专心听讲的习惯。

　　小学的学习内容多、每天上课次数也较少，不会一遍遍地重复，因此需要孩子集中注意力，关注老师的要求。

　　我们班上的人数有66人，教师在上课时精力有限，即使眼观六路，耳听八方，也会在某些时候有疏忽，因此孩子的是否专心听讲、思想集中的程度尤其重要。

　　这是造成部分孩子学习困难的重要原因。

　　望大家在日常生活中有意培养孩子的注意力，如讲一个较长的故事，一个人专心做好某一件事情。

　　三、关于家长和教师的沟通

　　在此需要说明的是，教师和你们从事的所有职业一样，对于个人来说，首先也无外乎是一种谋生的手段，但国家的社会都要求我们把教师当做一种事业来追求。

　　老师也是人，当然不是普通的人，但也绝不是神。

　　我们面对的是六、七十个孩子，在目前的教育体制下，也承受着相当大的压力，家庭和社会对教师的期望都很高，如果孩子在教育中碰到什么问题，不管是大是小，我们都会高度重视。

　　请各位家长朋友如果有事情首先直接与班主任或任课老师沟通，不要转弯抹角，把一件小事情变得很麻烦，以免造成不必要的误会，这对解决问题和培养孩子都是不利的。

　　家长和我们加强交流沟通，及时向我们反映孩子在家的学习情况，思想状况，协调好家庭跟学校的关系，同时也欢迎各位家长朋友对我们的工作提出意见和建议。

　　四、关于家庭作业的指导

　　一年级，本来按规定是没有家庭作业的，但应广大家长朋友的要求和根据我们本地的实际情况，我们还是布置了适量的家庭作业。

　　一年级的小孩子，他自己没法独立完成作业。

　　所以我们建议每一个小孩回家的作业可以这样去做：1、要家长读题，家长如果自己不会，或者是小孩在爷爷奶奶，外公外婆身边的，那么就请可以请邻居会读题的或家高年级的学生帮小孩子读题。

　　2、小孩子做完作业，家长一定要仔细检查孩子的作业，就算你看不懂你也要看，至少看看字迹是不是清楚，本子是不是干净。

　　3、在每次作业的最末处签好家长的名字。

　　凡是成绩优秀的学生，家长肯定非常关心孩子的学习，不管多么忙，都会监督辅导孩子的学习。

　　而成绩相对落后的学生，家长要么忙没时间监督辅导，要么就没有或缺乏正确的方法。

　　很多教育孩子的事情，我觉得家长一定是做不到，而主要是看家长去不去做，愿不愿意花时间去做，有没有耐心去做，很多事情错过了时间就不会再来，特别是对孩子教育，就如你们的青春小鸟一样，一去就不会复返了，望各位家长深思。

　　五、关于整个小学阶段数学学习的一些思考和设想。

　　我们学校现在基本是实行大的循环，也就是说如果没有大的变化，我们两位教师将伴随班上所有同学一起走过六年的小学学习历程，这对我们老师和每一个家庭来说，都将是一个很系统和极为重要的事情。

　　大家都知道，凡事预则立不预则废，良好开始是成功的一半。

　　对此，我对孩子们小学阶段的数学学习有这样一些的打算。

　　1、注重培养良好的学习习惯和思维习惯。

　　小学和知识相对而言不是特别的深，主要侧重数学思维的培和学习能力的养成。

　　2、重视基础知识的夯实，课程不管怎么改，数学最基本的东西是不能丢的，注重双基的传统数学模式还是行之有效的。

　　精讲多练是也是数学学习的有效方法。

　　3、让孩子学有特色，现在的新课程改革对计算有所削弱，但新课改很多东西还得要靠实践来检验。

　　我认为还是应当重视孩子的口算能力、计算能力，解决问题能力的培养。

　　4、现在的小学数学教学要求过分重视面向全体和全面发展，过分看重及格率，这本没有错。

　　但是对有数学有特长和学有余力的学生来说，如何让他们得到更进一步的发展，是一个值得思考的问题。

　　让学有余力或数学学习比较好的孩子适当的学点课本之外的知识是很有必的。

　　比如通过奥数的学习，可以拓宽学生的视野，训练学生的思维，可以及早发现数学人才，使其脱颖而出。

　　近年，国内外很多名牌大学和重点中学比较注重奥数人才，通常通过奥数选拔优秀生源。

　　北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学等高校对奥数优秀的学生偏爱有佳。

　　因此，建议家长朋友们根据孩子的实际情况，每天花10到20分钟的时间，和孩子们做几道优秀的数学题，长期坚持，六年下来，孩子数学能力一定会从量的积累发展到质的飞跃。
