This three-year graduate study, my topic is about cancer treatment probe ,we graft other groups to phthalocyanine to change its solubility.

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a developing cancer treatment modality. It has

many advantages over current cancer treatment modalities, such as surgery,

chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. One of the current focuses in this field is the

development of anticancer photosensitizer for PDT.

Phthalocyanine and its small molecule derivatives are the second generation photosensitizer for PDT, but they have the disadvantage of poor water solubility。We believe that the chemical method of synthesizing photosensitizer-containng polymers should be a simple and effective method for

Photodynamic therapy。It is said that metal complexes of cyclen can not only identify nucleotides, bases and DNA, while exhibiting in the recognition process Special fluorescent properties.So we use cyclen and Phthalocyanine as Fluorescent probe to detection and treatment of cancer.
