Abstract
Improving the classroom teaching design is to achieve the teaching goal and the key of improving teaching quality. The teaching goal sets juice dominating in the whole process of English classroom teaching design, which need to understand the basis and purpose of teaching design. Meanwhile, following the basic value and the teaching principle so that the classroom teaching become a complete transfer
information system that need to merge the different teaching basic elements together as one. This text mainly researches the teaching basic elements. It shows that classroom teaching design is very important, for it stimulates students’ interest and enthusiasm to improve the students’ comprehensive ability for knowledge analysis and problem solving, exchange and cooperation. Ultimately classroom teaching design will achieve the effective English teaching .

摘 要
搞好课堂教学设计是达到教学目标、提高教学质量的关键。英语课堂教学设要以教学目标统揽全过程, 要了解教学设计的依据和目的,同时要遵循课堂教学设计原则和价值取向, 融教学各基本要素为一体使课堂教学成为一个完整的信息传递系统。文本以课堂教学中的各基本要素为研究对象,揭示了课堂教学设计对激发学生学习的兴趣和积极性还有提高学生取知识分析和解决问题、交流与合作等综合能力,起着至关重要的作用。这也最终实现英语有效教学。
