当幸福来敲门
一部豆瓣评分8.9的超级赞的电影，正是这部电影，改变了我对威尔史密斯的映像，闲话不多说，我们进入正题。
回顾影片
影片由克里斯带儿子上幼儿园的镜头开始，细心的人从这里可以看得到，克里斯西装革履，谈吐文明，而且他很关注儿子的成长，很少有父亲对儿子的关怀会那么细致，在幼儿园门口，他看到墙上写着不文明的涂鸦，还有拼错的幸福的字眼，便和扫地的华人大叔谈起这个事，作为一个28岁才见到自己父亲第一面的人，作为人父能做到这些，已经很称职了。从心理学的角度上来讲，克里斯对儿子的爱也融入了自己对父爱的渴望，这叫补偿，举个例子说，当父母的小时候日子过的艰苦，没有玩具，所以有了自己的孩子以后会买很多很多玩具，有些可能是孩子不喜欢的都会买很多给孩子，是为了补偿自己儿时的愿景。镜头转向了克里斯的推销工作，推销骨密度扫描仪，一个标准的推销员，克里斯用非常得体的销售语言表达能力，还有真诚的态度，面对客户的不耐烦，克里斯的回应很恰当，这是克里斯日后成功的基础。
从整个片子中，我发现了克里斯成功的几个必要因素

自我沟通中，发现自己的优势：克里斯没有高学历，从他独自拼出魔方的事情上可以看出，但是他对空间的认知能力和逻辑思维超乎常人，玩过魔方的人都知道，这不是那么容易的。并且克里斯知道自己的数学能力，能一个星期看完数学课本。总的来说，克里斯深刻的知道拥有的优势是什么，这是自我沟通中最重要的目标。
在看到股票经纪人的时候，克里斯得体的称赞了他，并清晰的问出了自己的两个问题并得到了对方的回应，最后用幽默收场。能做到这样不过分又能让对方开心的形式赞美也是不容易的，这需要真诚赞美的内心和完美的沟通技巧，现实生活正，大部分人都羡慕物质生活比自己充裕的人的生活，但却表现出对他们的仇恨和嫉妒，更别提对别人的赞美了。所以克里斯做到了，合适的赞美和谦虚的学习。
而且，真正吸引克里斯进入股票经纪人行业的是那些人的微笑，“他们看起来是如此的幸福”，在价值观上，他真正认同了这个行业。
面对妻子的质疑，准确的说是轻蔑，克里斯没有放弃，正是因为他的自我沟通做得出色，也就是说，在外人看来不可能的事情，在他看来他坚信自己可以胜任。坚信自己，坚信自己做出的决定，是他能坚持下去的原因。他的自我沟通做的非常出色。
在家庭生活中，巨大的生活压力压垮的这个家，克里斯试图和妻子沟通，但是没有办法，根本的问题无法解决，而妻子已经被生活压的喘不过气来，她的价值观已经与克里斯背道而驰，这个时候沟通的效果远不及克里斯卖掉一台机器。
我个人很欣赏克里斯和儿子的沟通方式，像朋友一样，真诚，耐心，谈论彼此的生活，趣事，克里斯劝儿子不要使用不雅的字眼，不是命令，而是希望，像是朋友一样，给了一个建议。这样的沟通建立了良好的父子关系，并不断不断的使它更加牢固。

克里斯有很多劣势，但是他用一个行为打败了许许多多的求职者，就是主动去总公司找到了人事主管，并简单的和他交谈。在这一个月以后，克里斯又主动找到了人事主管，并想法设法创造与主管单独聊天的机会，甚至是提出显得有些冒险但也不失礼数的搭便车请求，在车上，克里斯大方的表现自己，但主管却当作耳旁风，专心的转魔方，在这样的情况下，克里斯没有因为主管的轻视而困扰，而是主动去发现打开与主管沟通大门的钥匙，魔方。克里斯通过完成魔方，给了主管深刻的印象，也就是这种主动和敏锐的观察力，为克里斯赢得了机会。克里斯很明白自己在做什么，并且想要达成什么目的沟通中极为重要的一点，主动，克里斯完全掌握了。有人总结说，许许多多的企业家之所以成功都源自于他们的主动、真诚以及“不要脸”，放下面子。换做是其他人，大部分人的心理状态都是不愿意让别人看到自己的不足，所以想方设法去掩盖，去用面具装饰自己，越来越要面子，这样的人是不会主动去找主管的，被淘汰的人。在我们之中，很多人都是这样的，实话说，我们的学校并不出色，我们是和克里斯一样有劣势的人，但是在我最近寻找实习的经历中，现在，写这篇文章的这一时刻，我渐渐发现，其实并不是公司不要我们，而是我们不要这些公司。我们会有很美好的愿景，有大公司能看到我们精心制作的简历，会给我们面试的机会，并且顺利的被公司录取。我们总是在坐等，呆在学校默默地掩盖自己不足，等待有“伯乐”会过来拯救自己。没人会帮助一个不主动帮自己的人。也许写完这篇文章，我会像克里斯一样去主动的和我的面试官沟通一次。我明白这不是电影，这是真实的事例，也是经久不变的求职真理。
克里斯虽然没有高等教育，但是他拥有良好的教养，人说，看一个人的品质的时候，就要看他受到不公平待遇的时候，他是怎么做的。在追回他丢失的机器时，我原本以为他会愤怒，也许会揍嬉皮士们一顿，但是他没有，一句脏话都没有，这是许多受过高等教育的人都做不到的。
在赶回家后，克里斯接到了主管的面试电话，但是没有找到笔，克里斯为了不失礼数，并用自己记忆力记下了电话号码，在沟通中，礼数也是很重要的。
