英：Now, I’ll tell you something about this competition in general. Every contestant should introduce themselves first, and then they can give a half proposition speech. Our judges will ask some questions basing on the speech and our contestants are required to answer the questions in a few minutes. Next there will have an interesting game called “Do as I say” through which contestants can show their talent in English. The judges will judge every contestant and give them a reasonable grade which will affect the contestant’s rank.
中：现在，由我来给大家介绍一下比赛的规则。每位选手首先进行自我介绍然后进行半命题的演讲，演讲结束后我们的评委会根据选手的演讲提出问题，选手要临场回答评委的问题。接下来的环节是一个有趣的游戏叫做“按我说的做”，在游戏的同时选手的英语才艺将得到体现。在整个过程中评委将给每位选手打出一个合理的分数，根据分数评出最后的名次。

R: Thank you. Now I would like to introduce the rules for today’s competition. There are 6 groups in the
this final, and each group has 3 people. The form of the final is oral test. The full mark is 100. N: In the final, we have 3 parts. Part One is English debate show. It is the first time that this show was involved in our English Skill Competition. And we all believe that it will be the most wonderful part today. R: Part Two is film puzzle. Each group will watch a fragment of a film and every member must start to
answer the questions within 10 seconds. The full mark is 30.
N: Part Three is English play show. Each group will perform an English play which is related to our life. The full mark is 70. We hope it will be a good opportunity for the participants to display their talents in
language and public speaking and to exchange ideas on important current issues.
