下面向大家介绍比赛要求及程序，本次比赛分讲演，回答问题两个部分，满分100分。

演讲应紧密结合------部及各单位改革发展实际，以讲述团员青年在追求东风梦想，打造百年------的实践中，立足岗位、学习成才的典型人物、典型事迹或我与东风的情感、我在---的成长、我对---的期望等为内容，演讲题目自拟，演讲内容要积极向上，能充分反映广大青年敬业爱岗、创新图强、诚信奉献、文明和谐的良好精神风貌。

英语演讲比赛决赛满分100分，分讲演、与现场问答两部分。 第一部分 讲演(60分)

（1）语言 （20分）

要求：发音准确、吐词清晰、语调流畅、语速适中

（2）内容 （20分）

要求：内容详实、立意较高、文笔流畅、积极向上

（3）临场表现 （20分）

要求：着装整洁、仪态端庄、表情自然、声情并茂

第二部分 现场问答（40分）

（1）能准确理解题意（10分 ）

（2）反应敏捷（10分）

（3）回答流畅准确（10分）

（4）思维具创造性（10分）

Morning Ladies and Gentlemen!

Welcome and thank you all for coming this Youth English Speech Contest! I’m Jiang Ye, it’s my great honor to host this contest.

The Youth English Speech Contest is sponsored by Communist Youth League of Dongfeng Component Division, and held by Shiyan Plant Communist Youth League of Dongfeng Dana Axle Co,.Ltd. Today, there will be 26 contestants from 17 sub-commpanies of Dongfeng Component Division.

First, let me introduce our leaders and judges!

Let’s warmly welcome Mr Zhengwen Supervisor , Human Resource Department from Dongfeng Component Divison; Mr Qu Hengqiu Supervisor from Dongfeng Component Division; Mr Sun Sanbao

Secretary of Communist Youth League of Dongfeng Component Division; Miss Lv Yanping; Mr Chen Yingquan Secretary and Lifei of Shiyan Plant.

Warmly welcome our three judges, Miss Wang Min, Miss Ma Dongli and Miss Sun Huilin. They’re all from Foreign Language Dept. of Hubei University of Automotive Technology. Let’s warmly welcome by once thanking them for coming! Welcome you all!

Now, let me introduce the requirements and procedures for the contest. It includes two parts. One is the English Speech, the other is answering the questions asked by the judges.

The total mark is 100.

Contest topic is : Show self-support ; innovation ; harmonius and

good spirit of our Dongfeng young staff. The purpose is to Encourage our young staff to learn English actively and improve themselves greatly. The subject is free to choose.

The standard of grading about the contest.

Part One The speech ( Total 60 )

1. On language way: Pronounce correctly and the intonation is standard account for 20

2. On contains Side: The topic should be bright and the contains are lifelike account for 20

3. On performing and appearance way: tidy appearance, wear in good tast, the flush sentiment and expressive force account for 20 Part Two Answering the questions asked by judges.

1. Understand the questions correctly account for 10

2. Quick feedback for the questions account for 10

3. Answer fluently and completely account for 10

4. The creative ideas account for 10

选择屏幕上的一组单词，派出一号选手与二号选手，其中一人为表演者，他必须通过自己的肢体语言，或者英语解说对屏幕上显示的单词进行描述，帮助搭档猜出单词，限时三分钟，每猜对一词可得两分。在猜词过程中，不得出现汉语描述，字母拼词等情况，否则视为违规不得分，每组选手有三次跳过的机会。

女：第二个环节为演讲 各组派出三号选手进行英语演讲，以我们赛前公布的五个主

题中的任意一个为主题，时间为3~5分钟，演讲过后评委将会针对选手的演讲内容进行现场提问，最终评委将根据主题深刻性、语言流畅性及英语发音等方面进行量化评分。此环节满分20分，其中，演讲占10分，回答评委提问占10分。 男：en? each student will have 3~5minutes or so to give your speech. And after
