考 场 规 则
一、应考人员在考试开始前15分钟凭准考证、身份证(军人可持军官证)原件入场，对号入座，并将准考证、身份证放在课桌左上角。迟到30分钟者不得入场，考试结束后方可交卷退场。
二、不得将与考试有关的复习资料、书籍、条子等带入座位，否则按违纪处理；电子记事本、手机等通讯工具不得带入座位，带入考场的须放到指定位置，违者按违纪处理。
三、姓名和准考证号必须按要求填写。
四、应考人员必须严格遵守考场纪律，保持考场安静。严禁偷看他人试题答案。交卷后，不得在考场附近逗留、谈论。考试结束铃响，应考人员立即停止答卷，并将试卷翻放，待监考人员收齐试卷后，依次离开考场。严禁考生将试卷、答题卡带出考场，违者按违纪处理。
五、对应试人员违纪行为，按《专业技术人员资格考试违纪违规行为处理规定》执行。请妥善保存准考证，备查询成绩、办理证书或再次报考使用。本次考试成绩约在20xx年12月下旬左右公布，考生可通过黑龙江省人事考试网(http://www.) 查询。
关于应试人员违纪违规行为的处理规定
根据《专业技术人员资格考试违纪违规行为处理规定》（人社部第12号部令）要求，应试人员违纪违规行为做如下处理：
一、一般违纪违规行为处理
应试人员在考试过程中有下列行为之一的，当次该科目考试成绩无效：
1、携带规定以外的物品进入考场未按规定放在指定位置的；
2、经提醒仍不按规定填写（填涂）本人信息的；
3、在试卷规定以外位置书写本人信息，或者以其他方式标注信息的；
4、未在规定座位参加考试，或者未经考试工作人员允许擅自离开座位或者考场的；
5、未用规定的纸、笔作答，或者试卷前后作答笔迹不一致的；
6、以旁窥、交头接耳、打手势等方式传接信息的；7、违反规定翻阅参考资料的；
8、在考试信号发出前答卷，或者考试结束信号发出后继续答卷的；9、其他一般违纪违规行为。
二、严重违纪违规行为处理
应试人员在考试过程中有下列行为之一的，当次全部科目考试成绩无效；其中有第3项至第8项行为之一的，2年内不得参加各类专业技术人员资格考试：
1、抄袭、协助他人抄袭试题答案或者与考试内容相关资料的；
2、互相传递试卷、答题纸、答题卡、草稿纸等的；
3、故意损坏试卷、答题纸、答题卡，或者将试卷、答题纸、答题卡带出考场的；
4、伪造、涂改证件、证明，或者以其他不正当手段获取考试资格的；
5、让他人冒名顶替参加考试的；6、本人离开考场后，在考试结束前，传播考试试题及答案的；
7、与考试工作人员串通作弊或者参与有组织作弊的；
8、利用通讯工具、电子用品或者其他技术手段接收、发送与考试相关信息的；
9、其他严重违纪违规行为。
三、替考行为
代替他人参加考试的，2年内不得参加各类专业技术人员资格考试。
四、扰乱治安行为
应试人员应当自觉维护考试工作场所秩序，服从考试工作人员管理，有下列行为之一的，责令离开考场；影响考试正常进行的，视情节轻重，按照本规定第一条或者第二条处理；违反《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》的，交由公安机关依法处理；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任：
1、故意扰乱考点、考场等考试工作场所秩序；2、拒绝、妨碍考试工作人员履行管理职责；
3、威胁、侮辱、诽谤、诬陷他人；4、其他扰乱考试管理秩序的行为。
