根据现行《劳动法》、《劳动合同法》及其它有关劳动法律、法规、规章以及甲方依法制定的规章制度的规定,甲乙双方按照平等自愿、协商一致的原则订立本合同。
一、合同期限

(四)甲方在合同期内因生产经营需要或其他原因调整乙方的工作岗位,或派乙方到本合同约定以外的地点、单位工作的,应协商一致并按变更本合同办理,双方签章确认的协议书作为本合同的附件。
三、工作时间
1、每日工作 8.5 小时,即每天:上午8:00到12:00 下午13:30到18:00;加班18:30到20:30。特殊情况除外。
2、公司全体员工每月享有1-2天休息日,凡休息超过2天(包含节假日)以上按实际上班天数计算,计件员工按实际提成加计时进行工资结算。
3、在上班期间必须兢兢业业,实事求是的发展业务,如经查实以其他为名做其它事情的,口头警告,若严重的可作辞退处理。
4、在上班时间要服从工作安排,需要休息的必需要得到主管的批准,不得随意和擅自休息或擅自离开岗位。
四、劳动报酬
(1)乙方正常工作时间工资按 执行,初始工资额为 元/月或 元/时;

五、合同的变更
(一)任何一方要求变更本合同的有关内容,都应以书面形式通知对方。
(二)甲乙双方经协商一致,可以变更本合同,并办理书面手续。变更后的劳动合同文本由甲乙双方各执一份。
六、合同的解除和终止
(一)解除
1、经甲乙双方协商一致,本合同可以解除。其中由甲方提出解除本合同的,应按规定支付经济补偿。
2、有下列情形之一的,甲方可以解除本合同:
(1)乙方在试用期内严重违反甲方规章制度或被证明不符合录用条件的;
(2)乙方严重失职,营私舞弊,对甲方造成重大损害的;
(3)乙方同时与其他用人单位建立劳动关系,对完成甲方的工作任务造成严重影响,或者经甲方提出,拒不改正的;
(3)乙方患病或非因工负伤,在规定的医疗期满后不能从事本合同约定的工作,也不能从事由甲方另行安排的工作的;
(5)乙方以欺诈、胁迫的手段或者乘人之危,使甲方在违背真实意思的情况下订立或者变更劳动合同致使本合同或者变更协议无效的;
(6)乙方解除本合同,应当提前三十日以书面形式通知甲方;在试用期内的,提前三日通知甲方。
(二)终止
1、本合同期满或法定终止条件出现,本合同即行终止。
2、本合同因下列情形之一终止的,甲方应当按规定向乙方支付经济补偿:
(1)除甲方维持或者提高劳动合同约定条件续订劳动合同,乙方不同意续订的情形外,劳动合同期满的;
(2)甲方被依法宣告破产的;
(3)甲方被吊销营业执照、责令关闭、撤销或者甲方决定提前解散的;
(4)法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。
(5)补发奖金在每个月发工资叠加,每次不超过300元,直到补发完毕,补发条件基于员工优秀工作变现,(包括不迟到早退,配合上级工作安排)。
本合同不得随意涂改和代签,经甲乙双方签字或盖章后即时生效,本合同一式两份,甲乙双方各执一份。

This Contract is concluded on the basis of principles of lawfulness, fairness, equality, free will, negotiated consensus and good faith by and between the foresaid Employer and Employee in accordance with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China (the PRC Labor Law), the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Employment Contracts (the PRC Employment Contract Law) and other relevant laws and regulations of China and of Guangdong Province.

C. Working Hours and Rest and Leave
(A)The Parties agree to determine the working hour pursuant to mode below:
