大家好！

转眼A年过去，我在MMM已整整A年，第B个年头也刚刚开始一个月，我却要与大家说再见！

我很感谢HH，是HH的大家庭让我备受大家的关心与爱护。在此，我首先要感谢亲爱的H总、U总和U姐，是你们给了我进HH的机会，让我可以在机加公司认识那么多可爱的同事们；感谢MMM姐在我不开心的时候对我的开解，感谢范总对我任性的包容。

20xx年7月，我由机加调入新动力部件，感谢HH总、KK课的知遇之恩与信任，让我由内勤岗调整为人事岗。人事工作专业性强，之前我从来未接触过，工作中也逐渐感觉吃力，为了弥补不足，我特意报了一个人力资源培训班去学习。感谢老领导杨总在我迷茫的时候对我的鼓励与支持，使我更加的有信心在人力资源这个行业发展；感谢TT同学以及集团人力资源部的各位同事对我的帮助。感谢陈总，包容我工作上的各种疏忽与错误，替我扛着各种压力，虽然对我严厉但也是恨铁不成钢。感谢RRRR公司全体同事，如以前在工作中有做得不得当的地方还请各位海涵！

今天离职，我内心十分不舍，特别内疚，辜负了各位领导对我的信任与提携。唯愿公司业绩蒸蒸日上、财源滚滚！

Honorable teachers and my dear classmates:

About two months ago, I was very perplexed that I couldn’t find a target of struggling in my life. What is unexpected that now, today, it is my great honor to stand here to share what I have learned and our common great target for study with every one of you together.

On behalf of all the students of the training class, I want to show my grateful to all of the leader, the staff and teachers of the STA for giving us an active and vibrant study environment. This is a good stage to study, to improve the professional technical ability and knowledge, and for our students, this is a good place of mutual communication, and it means the progress and sublimation for all of us.

I want to give my thanks again to the teachers, for you teaching us with a great care, your immense erudition and the brilliant way of teaching. It is you giving us the source of guidance, inspiration, new thoughts and the power to explore the new field.

In the classroom, the atmosphere is relaxing, pleased and active. We learned many things. Our understanding of translation became more and more rational. We also knew what an important role the translation act as in the mutual communication between the east and west. We got a better understanding of the two major processes of the translation — the comprehension and the expression. If you want to express well, you must comprehend well. We must make ourselves a Jack-of-all-trades with a solid foundation of English and our mother tongue. We also know the real content of the principle of faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance. If you want to be an excellent translator, you must have some qualities and the character of humility, preciseness and flexibility. In the class, every

teacher teaches us the professional theory and the practical way of the translation that is the essence of study for many years. By the way of teacher’s analysis and teaching, we made remarkable progress in our work and study. We can also find out the wrong place of our translation and resolve them effectively. Now, our mind has been broadened and a lot of new idea has been created.

Here, representing all of the students, I want to show my gratitude sincerely again to the teachers, thanks for your industrious work. Thank you! Meanwhile, the leader of the STA, you provided us a good environment of study, thank you very much! The staff and clerk of the training center, thanks for your good service. Also congratulate to all of the student on your hard study and successful graduation.

How time flies! It is just a short time, but the friendship between the student and teacher has been strengthened. The knowledge has been greatly improved.

Every teacher and student, we hope that we can keep in touch and communicate well in the future. Your experience is extremely very

important to us. And at the same time, to all of the students, to be confident and trust yourself! For that we will all become the good

translator. Wish the training center of STA thriving and prosperous. All present here, wish you good luck and health, peace of your life and brilliancy of your business.
