Reflection on The Ron Clark Story
The Ron Clark Story tells us a story about a white teacher from a small town, who moves to New York City and tries to and do make a difference in the lives of his minority students despite nobody, including the students themselves, believing in them.
What impresses me most is his passion and love for teaching, especially the passion.
It’s the passion for teaching that keeps Ron Clark teaching students no matter how poor they do in their exams and never say die to the difficulties in teaching and daily life. Even when he is infected with severe pneumonia and can’t go to classes by himself, he help the students take classes via video he makes .
It’s the passion for teaching that keeps Ron Clark creating more teaching methods to make classes funny and interesting so that students can learn better and absorb knowledge more efficiently.
It’s the passion for teaching that keeps Ron Clark caring almost everything about his students except for the marks. Not only does he help the students get high marks in exams ,but also he helps them grow up and realize their limitless potential.
It’s also the passion for teaching that keeps Ron Clark moving forward and seeking happiness. We all know that the ending is a happy one . What leads to the happy ending is that Ron Clark never loses his passion for teaching and love. It reminds me of a simple fact that everyone are looking for happiness in their whole life, but they’re kind of losing passion for seeking happiness in the half way in most cases. That’s probably why they don’t get real happiness in the end.
From what I have stated we know how important it is to have passion. Since passion is of great significance to us, we should find what our real passion is and follow it, then you will find your life more meaningful and colorful as well .

《热血教师》观后感
昨天下午，和大家一起观看了《热血教师》以后，我的心没有想像中的起波澜。反而是在一种沉重和思虑种度过的。
影片中，显然克拉克老师是一位非常优秀的老师，他和他学生的故事，正昭示着一个新的教育时代的到来！一个体现人性、理解天性、保护、引领稚嫩心灵的理想教育时代的开启！一个正面引导、关爱鼓励、无限相信、充满期待的教育时代的来临！
反思克拉克，我认为他的卓越之处在于以下几个方面：
1、克拉克有超强的教学责任心，他的第一节课虽然进行了精心的准备，设计了一节没有课本知识的思想引导课，希望让孩子喜欢他，可还是在莎美卡的捣蛋中败下阵来。接着他的学生对他的爱车及教室的破坏，等等，在学生反复的排斥中，他没有气馁，没有放弃，没有怨言，甚至没有一句对学生正面的伤害，而是一直在努力的想方设法走进学生的心灵。这些使我感到，更使我变得沉重，因为反思自己，我觉得自己做不到这种境界，出现问题，总把责任推究于自身之外。
2、克拉克细心观察孩子的言行，了解孩子的天性，发觉孩子的闪光点，分析劣性的成因，对所有的学生一视同仁，为后面教育好这班孩子奠定了基础。在克拉克的眼里，调皮捣蛋的莎美卡、胡里奥都是优秀的，他认为莎美卡拥有天生的领导能力，胡里奥热情豪放，极具艺术天赋。更让人佩服的是，克拉克人不在课堂也知道某某孩子在做些什么，可以说克拉克在教学中投入了无限多的精力了。他敏锐的观察能力，对学生无限的关爱，信心百倍的期待是值得我学习的，在以后的教学中，我会更加细心的观察学生的反应，学会关爱和期待。
3、克拉克善于思考，以诚动情，激发学生的斗志。利用机智的教学方法挽回了一群走在人生边缘的无知少年。冰冻三尺非一日之寒，这班调皮捣蛋的孩子习惯由来已久，克拉克不急不燥，逐步拉近了与学生的距离，走进孩子的心灵，让孩子喜欢上自己，喜欢上自己的课。他是怎么做的，跟他的学生学双人跳，他学会双人跳，他的孩子要学他的知识来做交易，在学双人跳时他摔了好多次，每一次都昭示着他让孩子学习知识的决心；为了吸引学生安静认真地听自己讲课，他承诺，只要学生安静地听，每过15秒钟，他就喝下一瓶酸奶。为了看老师出丑（呕吐），也为了好奇，学生真的安静地听老师讲课，老师喝掉了不知道多少瓶酸奶。但是，他让学生看见了自己要他们学习知识的毅力和决心。为了让学生记住美国的总统和历史事件，老师自编了说唱，配上音乐，边跳边唱。终于，付出的努力有了回报。我用沉重的心看着影片，我在告诉自己，他的教学方法我要努力学习。
做一个孩子喜欢的老师，上孩子喜欢的课，我想最好的方法是要用心去做好教育的每一个细节。
