基本的自我介绍

根据专家研究，自我介绍时应考虑准确时间的限制（time）、场所的条件(place)和机会制约(occasion)，即所谓tpo，积极地使对方确认自己的价值。具体而言，自我介绍的基本内容应包括：

①姓名要清楚。要有意识地、清楚地报上自己的姓名，有些姓名中难写、易混淆的字，还要作些解释。有些人在介绍自己的姓名时，只是含糊不清地嘟哝两声，也许这是最糟糕的自我介绍了。对方根本就听不清你的介绍，要记住你的名字更无从谈起，同时，这样做无羿于故意将自己的消极、木讷显示给大家。

为了让人记住姓名，自我介绍时开始就要自报家门，且要放慢音速、吐字清楚，介绍结束时，不妨再一次说出自己的名字。也就是说，在自我介绍的过程中至少要自报姓名两次，这样就容易让对方记住尊名。同时，你这种希望对方记住你的名字的积极态度，也会给对方留下极为深刻的印象。

②职业。让别人了解你的职业是极为有用的，这不仅会使你在社交场中找到同一职业的同道与他们的认同，而且，会让别人更好地认识你的知识技能与社会地位。

③工作单位和本人住所。这是让人更具体地了解你这个人，了解你周围的环境和你的小世界。也是为了进一步加强联系的需要。

④籍贯或出生地。中国人有一种同乡认同感，说出你的籍贯或出生地，可以使在场的老乡或近邻产生亲切感，从而容易认同你，并进而关心你。也可据此寻找到一些共同的话题，从而活跃自我介绍时的气氛。

⑤毕业学校。同学或校友往往遍布社会的各个领域、部门，在校时往往无缘相识。在自我介绍时报出你的毕业学校，或许能意外地寻求到校友、同窗，有的甚至是身居要职的领导者，这无疑会给你的被认同有助益。

⑥可能时也要说经历、年龄。这在正式场合中，且时间比较充裕的情况下，谈一谈个人经历，可以让别人更清楚地了解你。假如你本人的经历，颇有些坎坷或戏剧性变化，说说经历是有助益的。一位新上任的领导到新单位任职时，自我介绍中不妨谈谈经历。至于年龄，往往在一些轻松的或特殊的场合作自我介绍时，以幽默的语调带出。

⑦特长与兴趣爱好。这是为了让别人了解你的个性、性情、癖好、以便更好地了解你的为人。因此，在自我介绍时，不应忽略掉这些内容。当你讲出自己的特长与兴趣时，有相同兴趣爱好者就会很快认同你，且有可能进一步发展友谊。“嘤其鸣矣，求其友声”，这也是结交知音、朋友的方式之一。

不过，上述几项内容，并非每种场合的自我介绍都要说出来。自我介绍应当与聚会的目的相符，不要希望整个时间全成了自己介绍的时机。
