“Grammar is concern with the form of the language: that is, the pattern, the regularities , the nuts and bolts you screw together in different ways. ” I think grammar is the most difficult part of English learning for many students in China. Some of us don’t know much about English grammar but still can continue to learning English using the language sense of English. However, that is not enough. A good command of grammar will improve your skill of reading comprehension, listening, speaking and writing. To be a good English grammar, we need to know lot about grammar. From Learning Teaching, we can learn a lot on the method of teaching English grammar.
Firstly, we don’t need to know all the grammar of English in order to teach it. It is not difficult to understand it, because we are also a student of ourselves as we are teaching. We can’t make sure that we know everything though we are teacher, instead, we will always “stay hungry, stay foolish” to learning from our students and our teaching experiences.
Secondly, we should let our students have enough opportunities to be exposed a great deal of authentic language and learning grammar from their learning experiences and analyses instead of telling the rule of the grammar and assign them some task. Students will get little knowledge after your boring presentation and practice. There are 3 ways of clarifying and focusing—presentation, self-directed discovery and guided discovery. I think guided discovery is the best one. Students learn the language mainly by discovering on their own. What the teachers do is to create the condition in which that information can be learned. Teacher should serve as the bridge between knowledge and students.
Thirdly, after getting the language points with the help of teacher, student needs chances to practice. There are two way to achieve this goal. One is restricted use including drill, written exercises, elicited dialogues and games, in which students focus on limited option for use of language, communication. Another is authentic use in which students have chances of using grammar they have just learned to have more free discussions or conversations about real life. The first one aims at the accuracy of language while the second focus on the fluency and meaning. Both of them are very important in terms of practicing grammar. We should use them in a flexible way.
Fourthly, not only the form of the language is important, but also the meaning of the language. We should not only teach our students to use the right form of English to express their ideas and feelings but make them bear the importance of meaning in mind. Language is used to communicate, to make yourself to be understood. It is pointless that you use very perfect English but in a wrong occasion or nobody know what you are talking about. Learning something about communicative function is necessary, too.

教师专业发展是教师人生价值实现的过程,是教师在充分认识教育意义的基础上,不断提升精神追求,增强职业道德,掌握教育规律,拓展学科知识,强化专业技能和提高教育教学水平的过程。新的课程理念、新的教材、新的课程评价观,强烈冲击着现有的教师教育体系,对教育工作者提出了新的更高的要求。教师在充分认识教育意义的基础上,不断提升精神追求,增强职业道德,掌握教育规律,拓展学科知识,强化专业技能和提高教育教学水平的过程。
从19xx年踏上工作岗位至今,已经二十几个年头。在这期间,我的教学有了跨越式的发展,教学理念、教学管理、教研意识都有很大进步,教学能力也得到一定的提高。我善于接受新事物,面对新的挑战,我不会畏惧,而是怀着一份期待,一份欣喜。同时我又是一个工作负责的人,平时无论做任何事都是认认真真、踏踏实实。但我也清楚地知道自己的不足。同时,学习上的欠缺,也造成了理论功底不扎实,缺乏理论积淀,使自己的专题研究大多停留在实践层面,无法提升到理论层面上。课堂教学能力尚可以应付,但还有巨大的发展空间,在教学方法手段上缺乏新意。

1、倾心学习,树立终身学习的观念,抓住平时的点滴时间读书不止,进行长期的有效的学习,增强理论底蕴,做个学习型教师。用心思考,凡事多思多想,反思出事物发展的内在规律,总结得失,找出成长的方向,做个反思型教师。专心写作,不断提升教科研水平,在实践中总结,在总结中实践,做个科研型教师。全心教育,关注学生的课堂生命,在创新中构建良好的教学策略,在发展中形成独特的教学风格,做个研究型反思性教师。
2、认真学习和实践新课标理念,全面系统的学习课改的理论,学习新的课程标准,竖立与新课程完全相适应的教学观念,提高对课程、教材的研究与实践能力,观摩名家光盘,汲取名家教学特长,形成自己的教学风格。细而言之,认真备好每一课,备好每一个学生,上好每一节课,善于请教,及时总结,不断改
进、学案、单元教学计划、周周练。积极参与课题研究,坚持写教学反思、随笔,做好读书笔记,尤其写好深刻的学习心得和研修心语。学习先进的班级管理理念,紧跟时代步伐,紧握教育脉搏。注重自身的修养,发挥榜样的潜移默化作用。构建科学的管理模式,学会用心爱护学生,用民主和智慧赢得学生的爱戴、家长的信赖和社会的肯定。 3、丰富自身的教育、教学经验,使自己具有扎实的教学基本功与娴熟的教学技能。了解学生的基础和学习态度;激发学生学习数学的兴趣;使部分学生不厌倦数学课,做到上课听讲,认真抄笔记。授课中,形成了自己独特的教育、教学风格;熟练掌握现代教育技术。根据教材中的教育内容,对学生进行思想教育,进一步激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生学习积极性,
总之,今后的教育教学中,我会按照三年规划中内容不断地学习、不断地实践、不断地提高、不断地总结,经常对照自己的三年发展规划,时刻提醒自己,使自己在教育教学工作中不断提高!
