《撞车》观后感之犯罪心理

这部电影始终以不同形式的犯罪贯穿全程，每次犯罪都是由不同的犯罪心理所引起的，很符合我们现在所学的犯罪心理学的分析。

故事是发生在洛杉矶——这个多民族、多文化聚集的大城市。影片的开始就是一起看似普通的撞车事件，以及几个与这个事件有关的人。然后，镜头将我们带到这次撞车事件发生的前一天，并分别向我们展示了这几个主要人物在这几十个小时中所发生的事情。

那个洛杉矶警察局的警察，希望能给自己患病的老父亲找到更好的医疗救助，但是，在HMO，任凭他如何的请求，负责处理这件事情的黑人职员就是不签署文件，以允许他父亲去找别的医生。随后，这名警察在处理交通堵塞的时候，将自己心中的怨气通通的爆发在一位黑人和他的妻子身上，看似该受到谴责的警察却在最危急关头挽救了那名曾遭他侮辱的黑人妇女；地区检察官与地位显赫的妻子简被两个年轻的黑人用枪指着头，只能无奈地看着他们抢走自己的领肯领航员SUV，回到家之后，心中的恐惧仍未消退的简，无缘无故地对上门为他们换锁的墨西哥裔修锁匠丹尼尔大发光火。可怜老实的丹尼尔在当天的晚上，又一次让一名波斯裔的商店店主夺去了他的尊严，老实巴交的波斯商店店主，还差点谋杀了有着刺青的墨西哥修锁匠；黑人侦探格雷厄姆焦急地在寻找着他走失的弟弟，但又不得不受上司的威胁，去面对黑洞洞的枪口；两个年轻的黑人虽然抢了SUV，但是却把一群被拐卖的人放了??一个又一个的角色在观众吃惊的目光地注视下，由正义到邪恶、由被伤害者到施暴者不断的转换着。

这一切看似无关的琐事，却在36小时内以一种出人意料的方式绞缠在一起，在这个以暴力，性，金钱闻名的多民族、多文化聚集的大城市—洛杉矶街头一幕幕上演??

到底是什么原因或者更确切的是什么心理，造成了这里的每一处犯罪？我觉得这其中存在一个共同原因，就是美国洛杉矶当时文化背景下相当严重的种族歧视问题。

我们先来分析一个那个洛杉矶的警察，首先排除龙勃罗梭的“天生犯罪人”理论，因为他最后是冒着生命危险就出了那名曾被他侮辱的黑人的妻子，那么由此看来，导致他对黑人夫妇实施犯罪的就应该是当时的外界环境原因，一个是因为一个黑人职员不允许他的父亲去找更好的医生，二是在交通阻塞使的那位正好是黑人，三是因为当时的社会环境，种族歧视非常严重，白人总觉得黑人是不好的是危险的。这三种原因相互作用，就导致了这一犯罪行为的激起。

影片中的洛杉矶是一个病态的社会，不但白人总觉得黑人是不好的是危险的，而且黑人也觉得白人总是怎么看他们怎么不顺眼，总想要避开他们这些“危险分子”。根据班杜拉的社会学系理论中攻击行为的激起这一分析，正好印证了为什么两名年轻的黑人男子会抢白人的SUV，首先是因为一些负面刺激，如白人无意识的眼神、适时的转弯回避，加上黑人的生活条件很差而白人的地位显赫生活条件极好这一对比；然后是一些正面效果的引诱，就比如说那辆崭新的SUV，最后是一些黑人自己的妄想，也就是他们自己的“贴标签”，他们总觉得白人是看不起他们，躲着他们，看到他们就绕路走，他执着地认为白人做的任何事情都是在排斥自己，于是为了捍卫自身的权益，他义无反顾地对社会进行着报复。

墨西哥裔修锁匠丹尼尔是里面也许是最无辜最可怜，但也是最幸运的一个人了。他充当了简和一个波斯的商店店主的出气筒。那么老实巴交的波斯裔商店店主怎么会愤怒到想要开枪杀他呢？是因为他的商店遭到巨大损失，但是保险公司却说无法赔付，店主觉得因为他是有色人种，所以白人不照顾他的利益，正巧此时，丹尼尔前来修锁，在波斯商人的店铺中，好心给人修门但是依然遭到波斯商人的训斥和指责，波斯商人还辱骂了他。忍无可忍的丹尼尔在晚上砸了波斯商人的店铺，波斯商人第二天带着枪去杀丹尼尔。于是两人的矛盾就此激化，相互摩擦中也就激起了攻击行为。

但是，希望才是这样的社会真正需要的，所以导演又在影片的结尾给出了一些温暖的结局：

丹尼尔被波斯裔商人用枪威胁，但是枪响之后，丹尼尔只有几岁大的女人挡住了子弹。时间仿佛凝固，女儿看着父亲依然露出了笑脸，所有人都惊呆了。枪里的子弹是空包弹，女孩没有死，所有人都哭了，这个场面极具震撼力；在后来的车里着火时，正是瑞格冒着生命的危险去解救了这个他曾经伤害过的女人。女人的眼里怨恨慢慢消去，留下了感激的泪水，她宽恕了瑞格，瑞格也通过对她的拯救完成了对自己的救赎。那个正义的瑞格又回来了。没有绝对的好坏，但是当他把身子探进车内，当他救了她，他就是天使，正义的守护者；汉斯一个新手，面对瑞格的行为他曾制止过，善良的汉斯无法驾驭强势的瑞格。在黑人导演与黑人斗殴的那场戏中，汉斯放走了黑人导演，从汉斯的个人角度而言，这应该算是那次事件的道歉或者是替瑞格救赎??

所以，既然影片给了我们有希望的结局，我还是愿意相信人性的存在。因此，我更支持阿德勒的犯罪观，他认为：犯罪既不是有先天的遗传本能决定，也不由后天的环境决定。人的基本欲求不是性，而是克服自卑感和补偿欲望。人的犯罪心理形成过程是：生理缺陷，或社会经济地位低下，或不良的教育影响。因此，只有在友好的社会环境之下，人们生活幸福和谐，没有两极分化、没有歧视，此时的犯罪才会大大减少，大到最低，这也是我们社会想要达到的一大目标！
