读《百万英镑》有感

这个暑假里，我阅读了马克·吐温写的《百万英镑》，这本书令我映象深刻，它不仅让我知道了“百万英镑”里的内容，还揭穿了当时资本主义社会的丑陋面容。

《百万英镑》这本书主要讲了有一对富翁兄弟打赌一个贫穷而诚实的人得到一张百万英镑会有怎样的结果，哥哥认为那个人会饿死，而弟弟认为那个人会过得很好，所以他们拿主人公亨利·亚当斯做实验，之后，原本是乞丐的亨利不仅成了除王室之外的公爵之上，而且还娶得了一位好妻子和三百万银行利息，从此过着幸福快乐的生活。

这个故事告诉了我：当时社会上的拜金主义思想，当时的人们都太看重金钱了，钱！竟然成了可以衡量一切的标准！为了钱，他们可以放弃一切，放弃地位、家人、职业……拜金主义思想是可耻的，不劳而获更加可耻，因为世界上还有很多比金钱更重要的东西，很多不能用金钱来衡量的东西，金钱不是万能的。

从这个故事中，我明白了：那个年代人们的拜金主义思想很可耻，也明白了一个人不能贪婪，不能不劳而获，否则最后吃亏的还是自己。做人的基本准则就是信用，如果一个人没有了信用，那他就算拥有了再多的东西也没有用，所以，

如果真的需要钱，应该采取正当的途径来获得，这样才是属于你自己的钱。
