Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want to talk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream—— about life.

Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners（水手）,we can chart our course by them. With the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer confused.With the dream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.

But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead . Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is impossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If

I can't realize my dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.

"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder."

In some extent, the dream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. Let's--- move ----out! Thank you for your listening!

Accept the fact that not ev eryone is going to approve of the choices you've made. Have faith in your judgment. Catch the star that twinkles in your heart and it will lead you t o your destiny's path.

Follow that pathway and uncover the sweet sunrises that await you. Take pride in your accomplishments, as they are stepping stones to yo ur dreams. Understand that you may make mistakes, but don't let them di scourage you.

Value your capabilities and talents for they are what make you truly unique. The greatest gifts in life are not purchased, but acquired through hard work and determination.

Find the star that twinkles in your heart?for you alone are capable of making your brightest dreams come true. Give your hopes everything you've got and you will catch the star that holds your destiny.

Someone said "we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite". I don't know who wrote these words, but I've always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

We are young. "How to spend the youth?" It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask "what do you understand by the word youth?" Youth is not a time of life, it's a state of mind. It's not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It's the matter of the will. It's the freshness of the deep spring of life.

A poet said "To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I'd like to share it with all of you. Let's show our right palms. We can see three

lines that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let's make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we've learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We've learnt that we can't choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn't mean you don't have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn't mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

As what I said at the beginning, "we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite". The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let's be the owners of ourselves, and speak out "We are the world, we are the future."

这一点首先要依靠演讲稿思想内容的丰富、深刻见解精辟有独到之处发人深思语言表达要形象、生动富有感染力。如果演讲稿写得平淡无味毫无新意即使在现场“演”得再卖力效果也不会好甚至相反。 第四、整体性演讲稿并不能独立地完成演讲任务它只是演讲的一个文字依据是整个演讲活动的一个组成部分。演讲主体、听众对象、特定的时空条件共同构成了演讲活动的整体。撰写演讲稿时不能将它从整体中剥离出来。为此演讲稿的撰写要注意以下几个方面 首先要根据听众的文化层次、工作性质、生存环境、品位修养、爱好愿望来确立选题选择表达方式以便更好地沟通。 其次演讲稿不仅要充分体现演讲者独到、深刻的观点和见解而且还要对声调的高低、语速的快慢、体态语的运用进行设计并加以注释以达到最佳的传播效果。 另外还要考虑演讲的时间、空间、现场氛围等因素以强化演讲的现场效果。 第五、口语性 口语性是演讲稿区别于其他书面表达文章和会议文书的重要方面。书面性文章无需多说其他会议文书如大会工作报告、领导讲话稿等并不太讲究口语性虽然由某一领导在台上宣读但听众手中一般也有一份印制好的讲稿一边听讲一边阅读不会有什么听不明白的地方。演讲稿就不同了它有较多的即兴发挥不可能事先印好讲稿发给听众。为此演讲稿必须讲究“上口”和“入耳”。所谓上口就是讲起来通达流利。所谓入耳就是听起来非常顺畅没有什么语言障碍不会发生曲解。具体要做到 把长句改成适听的短句 把倒装句改为常规句 把听不明白的文言词语、成语加以改换或删去 把单音节词换成双音节词 把生僻的词换成常用的词 把容易误听的词换成不易误听的词。 这样才能保证讲起来朗朗上口听起来清楚明白。 第六、临场性 演讲活动是演讲者与听众面对面的一种交流和沟通。听众会对演讲内容及时作出反应或表示赞同或表示反对或饶有兴趣或无动于衷。演讲者对听众的各种反映不能置之不顾因此写演讲稿时要充分考虑它的临场性在保证内容完整的前提下要注意留有伸缩的余地。要充分考虑到演讲时可能出现的种种问题以及应付各种情况的对策。总之演讲稿要具有弹性要体现出必要的控场技巧。 主要功能 第一、“使人知”演讲。这是一种以传达信息、阐明事理为主要功能的演讲。它的目的在于使人知道、明白。如美学家朱光潜的演讲《谈作文》讲了作文前的准备、文章体裁、构思、选材等使听众明白了作文的基本知识。它的特点是知识性强语言准确。 第

二、“使人信”演讲。这种演讲的主要目的是使人信赖、相信。它从“使人知”演讲发展而来。如恽代英的演讲《怎样才是好人》不仅告知人们哪些人不是好人也提出了三条衡量好人的标准通过一系列的道理论述改变了人们以往的旧观念。它的特点是观点独到、正确论据翔实、确凿论证合理、严密。 第三、“使人激”演讲。这种演讲意在使听众激动起来在思想感情上与你产生共鸣从而欢呼、雀跃。如美国黑人运动领袖马丁.路德.金的《在林肯纪念堂前的演说》用他的几个“梦想”激发广大的黑人听众的自尊感、自强感激励他们为“生而平等”而奋斗。 第四、“使人动”演讲。这比“使人激”演讲进了一步它可使听众产生一种欲与演讲者一起行动的想法。法国前总统戴高乐在二战期间的英国伦敦作的演讲《告法国人民书》号召法国人民行动起来投身反法西斯的行列。它的特点是鼓动性强多以号召、呼吁式的语言结尾。 第五、“使人乐”演讲。这是一种以活跃气氛、调节情绪使人快乐为主要功能的演讲多以幽默、笑话或调侃为材料一般常出现在喜庆的场合。这种演讲的事例很多人们大都能听到。它的特点是材料幽默语言诙谐。
