2.    The alteration conditions of registered capital and invested capital.

Before alteration: Beijing Zhendong Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established by the investment of GENG Xiaole, JING Dayong, SONG Gengfu, LI Hongbo and DONG Jianqiang. The registered capital is RMB 10,000,000, which is all current capital.
