5.5.2 Revolving credit

- Check the Finance database for the payment pattern and history:

- Individual credit application is not required for a customer and any of

its branches (分公司) who is on the revolving list

- However, if the requested credit exceed revolving credit limit or credit

terms, CRO should post non-standard application to China Finance

- For PWS 5 IPPs revolving customers, if payment terms are worse than

1:8:1, CRO should post non-standard application to China Finance

5.5.3 Non-revolving credit

- CRO asks Sales to provide supporting documentations for small orders

credit application:

o Business License (营业执照)

o Tax Registration (税务登记证)

o Past two years audited Financial Statements (最近两年财务审计报

表)

o Certificate of Approval (Foreign invested company including

JV/WOFE) / （外商投资企业批准证书）

- CRO shall order credit report for big orders (credit amount greater than

USD 100K)

o Sales to provide buyer’s company name and address

o It takes 5 working days (15 work days for offshore company)

o If there is an existing credit report (2 years ago), double check with

Finance in case an updated report is required.

- CRO submits to China Finance Credit Controller for approval, when

total contract price, and key commercial terms are fixed. Format and requirement, see attached email.

Note: For PWS KOB1 and KOB3 projects, GP is required for Finance reference. CRO shall get the figure from PWS proposal manager. If
